I purchased six cabinets total. All but one arrived damaged. Two replacements subsequently arrived damaged. This was an experience to say the least. Had I known, I would have worked directly with Gladiator to ensure proper delivery of my cabinets. Know that Best Buy ships most of the cabinets via UPS. UPS processes the packages with other large heavy items that damage the boxes and contents. If undamaged, the cabinets are great quality and look fantastic. I believe this experience could have been better and Best Buy could have done more given the circumstances.
