1st E bike I bought I been riding bikes all my life and this is the best 1 ever! I love it great product it does the job has good range for me and i travel 9-18 miles daily going to work and has the mount on the back to strap things too, this can handle all terain i took it off road and on road i weight 140lbs 5'10" I got it to go 20mph down hill 13mph up hill i mostltbuse the throttle and get max 12 miles range. I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants something fun and a cheap way to get around so far ivw oqned for about a week and im blown away with how good this bike is! Here why it didn't get 5 stars. The wheels are a bit small and the brakes are sketchy feels dangerous when going top speed also the gauges not very good only a battery indicator and its hard to read in the daylight once you loose a bar your dead in just a few miles. Honestly for the money 10/10 has enough power for me but if you can afford more it may be worth to spend more for something that feels like would handle the speed and bumps better but this is a comfortable ride and gets you from A to B those are the specs and i live in the mountains bike weighs 35lbs takes 4.5 hrs to charge when its dead the range depends on how you use I guess but 15miles is only happening if you pedal some of it, as far as recreational use more than enough juice just hit that throttle and take off!

In my opinion, it is a very nice starting bike when you factor in its top throttle speed of 15mph, 18-20 miles of range, small size, and the fact that you can return this bike for any reason.The downsides are the cheap/small pedals, only rear suspension and...I think that is about it for me.

Good for first time rider. Wheels are 12 inches, but it is fast. Overall do some research before deciding on one to purchase. The headlight and brake light and nice and bright, big plus at night.

WHERE DO I START A PIECE OF CRAP!!! FIRST OFF I ORDERED A BLACK BIKE AND A WHITE ONE CAME(after I all brought black accessories) THE BIKE PETALS ARE LOOSE SO YOU CANT PEDAL, THE TIRES HAD NO AIR ,ANNNNDDDDDD IT ONLY CHARGED ONCE NOW THE BATTERY SAYS FULLY CHARGED ON GREEN BUT, THE BIKE IS DEAD. DONE! THANKS YOU RUINED MY SON’S CHRISTMAS! RETURNING IMMEDIATELY!!

Very flimsy pedals definitely for kids only. Braking system is iffy the headlights is ok don’t expect to see much at night. Brake lights are bright, horn is loud enough, the mileage is decent also the pedal assist takes some getting use too definitely.

Really fast and fun! Bought for my grandsons 12 and 13 - they loved them! Charges fast as well.

The bike overall is great. My 14 year loves it. It goes pretty fast for only 15mph.

This electric bike designed for kids, wheel are small for the price it was sold its an OK. Just dont expect too much.

I really wanted to like this bike. It was wonderful upgrade from a manual bike for my commute, no more sweating and tiring myself out going to and from home. I chose it because the manufacturer offered replacement parts especially batteries. And it was Best Buy so I thought it wouldn’t be so bad. Right off the bat was a fine ride. But then I started noticing problems. The rear bike fender was loose and was grinding on my tires. I was not hitting the top speed I was promised. I’m only 150 and riding on flat surface. And then when it’s not at full power I even get much more slower. And then I also noticed the rear bike break pads was not properly aligned. It was grinding against the bike disc brakes. Which was probably adding on to my slow speed. I tried to tighten the break calipers but it just wouldn’t, it was just loose. And the last straw was I got a flat tire from a stapler! I’m not expecting off road quality tires but a stapler! Bruh!
