||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this Keyboard for my birthday. It has been really good. The only problem I have had with it was the wireless connectivity is a little janky. Glorious support has been very helpful with the problem.

Waste of 329$ returned within 2 days
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly this is the worst keyboard I have EVER used. I was so excited to try it out since it seemed to be great quality. The wireless technology in it is pathetic it wouldn’t work less than 5 feet from the receiver. Then when plugged in it and switched to windows none of the keys like control, windows or alt were working. The software is even worse you need to use and is so clunky. When not plugged in you couldn’t even use it at all and plugged in it was so slow that it wasn’t worth using. I switched back to my Logitech because it works so well

Posted .Thank you for sharing your feedback - that's definitely not how the keyboard should have behaved. You mentioned that you already returned the unit and that's understandable. For future reference, please know that you can always reach out to our support team if you are experiencing issues with one of our products and we'll be here to assist you further!

The Keyboard is definitely is Something
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This purchase is expensive but it has so many features packed into it that I am certain that you will overlook the price. Not only does this keyboard have Rapid Triggers but you are also capable of going to 8000 hz on this keyboard wirelessly. It does take a toll on the battery life when you go up to 8000 hz wirelessly but it is the fact that you are able to do so without having to purchase anything extra like you do with some other products. The sound of the keyboard also is something that you will love. If yo happened to now like the sound of the switches that come with the keyboard, then you can buy your own and get other ones because this keyboard is hot swappable.

Posted .We're sorry to hear about your experience with the software. Granted, it's currently not in a state we want it to be, which is why we'll be releasing updates in the coming period that should introduce bug fixes, as well as overall UI/UX polish, so please stay tuned!

Glorious Keyboard in Every Sense of the Word
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a glorious keyboard (pun intended) that does everything almost perfectly with only a few missteps. First off: The build quality is top notch. It is made from heavy aluminum, and it just feels like an expensive, fancy keyboard. Given the price point, I wouldn’t expect less. It is also the heaviest keyboard I have ever felt. While it is at an angle when it is flat on the desk, it does not have legs to angle it more, and for some it might not be angled enough. Power: The battery has an amazing lifespan. I have used this keyboard regularly for a week and the battery is still at 100%. I can’t imagine how long it would actually last. The power switch allows you to turn it on in dongle mode or Bluetooth mode. The switch is hard to move and hard to determine if it is on or off and so I do wish they had used something a little different. The battery charges over your standard USB-C cable which is included. Connection: You can connect to the computer with the included dongle or over Bluetooth. I have had no problems and no disconnections with either and in the case of the dongle, it connects almost instantly. The Keys: The keys are very stable and don’t really move around. They feel excellent if you are looking for that linear feel with no click. Because it is a 75% keyboard, it is missing a lot of keys that are on full size or even TKL keyboards. It does have Del, PgUp, PgDn, and End keys but is missing the Home key. On typical keyboards like this, you can use the Fn key with the arrow keys for navigation, but not in this case. You just have to live without the Home key. There is also no indicator for caps lock, so you have no idea what it is in unless you type with it. I do wish there was an LED or some other indicator for caps lock. A couple of keys have strange icons on them. The Enter key says ASCEND and the caps lock has just a down arrow on it. I can’t explain any of this. The Fn key allows you to do audio and adjust the lighting on the keyboard, but not much else. It has per key lighting. Because a lot of light comes out between the keys, it is a little hard to see the lighting for the letters. Also, because there is a lot of lighting between the keys, it tends to blend together and doesn’t have sharp distinct lighting with adjacent keys that are next to each other. Because of all this, it is difficult to see the lighting pattern you have created. But this is only important if keyboard lighting is a priority. There is a knob that controls volume when turned and mute when pressed down and works excellent. The Software: The software that comes with it is impressive and well laid out. I had no problems installing it and getting it to work. You can set the software to start up with your computer or not, which works as intended. I do wish there was a setting to start it minimized to the tray because I do want it to start with my computer, I just don’t want to see the full UI that I have to minimize every time. The key light turns off after a couple of minutes. Although the software allows you to keep the keys on all the time or adjust the time before they turn off, it does not work and will always turn off after a couple of minutes. I wish I could adjust that time because it is just not long enough. You can change the actuation and sensitivity of all the keys or individual to trigger at different position through a well thought out UI. It works well and is dramatic. It is great to be able to set this to your liking. The keyboard bindings work as intended and are your standard fare. You can set each key to have multiple actions depending on their position. This works as intended but don’t know when I will use it. You can change the binding depending on if the key is tapped or held down. Again, works as intended although I can’t find a real use for it. One thing that is important to know is that whenever you make a change, it does not work until you press the save button. I was fooled a few times into thinking a setting didn’t work but it was just because I didn’t press the save button. It would be nice if the setting just worked after changing it. There are different pre-created lighting patterns for the keyboard that can be changed, or you can create your own patterns. The patterns you can select from are ok, but nothing jaw dropping. There is a picture on the UI that shows a representation of what the lighting you selected will look like. It does not actually change the lighting on the actual keyboard until you click the save button which takes a few seconds. I wish the keyboard lighting would change instantly as soon as you select the pattern from the pull down instead of having to wait a few seconds each time you want to try one. Seeing it change instantly in the picture is just not enough. One thing I will say is with regarding setting all the individual key settings. There is a small keyboard picture on the software UI, and you have to click the appropriate key on it to change its settings. Although the letters appear on the keys on this screen, they are too small to see them and it is impossible to click the correct key. It does show the key in words when you are hovering over in the upper left corner, which is the only way you can find the key to press. It would be nice if the picture were bigger, and you could see the letters on the individual keys on the keyboard picture. Gaming: Since this is a gaming keyboard, it is obviously built around the needs of gaming. Its linear feel works well including the fact that it has a very high actuation which can be changed. Some of the features it includes are intended for gaming, but I really couldn’t find an application for them. Maybe I’m just not a serious gamer although I do spend a ton of time playing. Conclusion: This is a well-made keyboard with a ton of features, most of which work well, with only a few that could be improved. I would definitely recommend it if you were looking for something high end (with a high-end price). One thing I will say is I wish this came in a TKL version (or full).

Great Keyboard
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Keyboard is great. Make sure to turn off when not in use, idle mode still drains battery quickly. Other than that 9/10 sound. 10/10 lighting and patterns

Bad unit maybe?
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The keyboard is noticeably worse in quality than the GMMK Pro (original). The stabilizers feel really pingy. A firmware update that I did through glorious software recently bricked my keyboard. All around this keyboard has been a horrible experience for $400. Would recommend keychron if you’re looking for similar build quality without the pricetag
