The design, weight, feel, and button layout are flawless. The software behind it is absolute dumpster water. If you don’t need macros, this will be the best mouse you ever buy.

Easily connects via bluetooth but it doesn't seem it will charge unless you install their software which I am not happy about at all! Moves nicely and so far no problems.

Seems great so far. Not a 5 star due to just starting to use it. I like the software to customize the mouse. It also shows how charged it is. I like that it is rechargeable and can be used while charging.

Wasn't too expensive compared to other options. The lights are cool, the mouse is comfortable, and is better than other wireless units I've used in the past.

Works good enough wired, but when it's supposed to be wireless and the connection is spotty to the dongle, it defeats the purpose and extra weight of the battery. The software sucks, and it doesn't always go to sleep, exemplifying the bad battery life
Thank you for sharing your feedback with the Model I 2 Wireless. If you are struggling to set the mouse to go to sleep after being idle for a certain amount of time, please consider giving Legacy CORE a try - you can download the legacy version from our website. Meanwhile, also consider using the cable and the wireless dongle to keep the wireless adapter as close as possible to the mouse - this should improve the wireless connection. Lastly, kindly use 2.0USB ports on your PC and avoid using USB hubs or extenders.

As a general mouse it is fine. It works.
However, some clicks don't register in time, with occasions that I will click and the mouse will think I clicked and continued holding down. Another complaint is that unless you use the wireless-extender the wireless connection is god-awful.
Will be switching to a different mouse in a not-so-distant future.

Feels nice in the hand but connection is a bit unstable at times and the sleep mode is very poor because it stays awake for a very long time and it will wake up at seemingly random, so it drains battery very quickly for nothing

Bad software. The mouse showed the same battery percentage after 2 days of use. When changing from USB to wireless sometimes the lighting would stop working until the mouse was switched off and then back on again. Maybe I received a defective one? The mouse was quite nice to use otherwise.
