Nice vibrating plate. The remote makes any to start up. The rope adds to the variety ways use, which is good. Not too loud.

The machine itself works great. It is very powerful, but definitely cannot handle a standing 350lbs. The remote I received was for a different machine. However, it is not needed.
I would recommend this to a friend

Love it! Seems to have relieved some minor back and hip pain after only a couple of uses. My wife and I are both using it daily. I have read that it is good for senior for balance issues/stability, so now my mom is trying it too.
