I did not realize how much this battery/ charger would improve travel, work, vacations. The wireless charging is fantastic for I phones. It can charge my Mac book pro twice on one charge. Get the zipper case for protection of the battery, I had to get it from the manufacturer.

Seems pretty heavy duty and I like the fact it has wireless charging on the top. What I don't like? The charging input port should be on the back of the unit. If you have it plugged into a wall outlet and want to set your phone on top for Qi charging, the power cord for the unit has to come out from the front and then wrap around to an outlet. Otherwise, you can't see the display on the front. Also, there didn't seem to be an auto shut off or timer on here which would seem to not be helpful in conserving the battery or if it accidentally got turned on inside your bag. It's also heavy and rather bulky which probably means it's sturdy and can charge several items numerous times but the above-mentioned issues and the price tag was my final decision to return it.

We got this for emergency backup charging in power outages and for travel but have started using it around the house on the sofa during the WFH pandemic. USB-C is 60 watts so enough to charge a laptop or iPad Pro; two USB-A ports for Apple lightening or other plugs, and Qi charging for most cell phones. I like the LED indicators so you know if the Qi charger or the USB plugs are live as well as your remaining charge. Only downsides are the weight, and as others have noted you have to keep it facing toward you to see the charge LED.

Great back up power bank, a lot of features. Only downside is that it is heavy.

Have been using it for my IPAD 12.9 pro and keeping my phone charged . If you are charging your i pad you will get 1 full charge and and some and be able to recharge your phone have not push past that point because that is all i need from it ,.. worth the money for me

Best item for charging your phone and can even plug in Roku if plug can’t reach for up north game room and lasted 3 days b4 needed to charge

We spend a lot of time on the road and I seem to live on my phone/tablet and this charger keeps them both ready for work. I highly recommend it.

Let me charge all of our cell phones and still had plenty of juice left. You get what you pay for well worth it when you need it!

For the size of the product and price 200 plus dollars I’m not very sold. Maybe I’m asking to much I’d be better with a wall outlet

I purchased two of these Goal Zero Sherpa 100pd power banks within months of each other and they both failed. One wouldn't accept a charge, the other one depleted it's charge overnight and got very warm when I tried to recharge it. Disappointed. I had high expectations considering the build quality and high price of this unit.

Way too expensive for a below average product. Don’t waste your money on this product. Does not support a laptop as advertised …

Owned for 13 months and it stopped working. Goal Zero would not warranty it because I was outside of warranty for ONE MONTH! I purchased an Anker to replace this and will never buy Goalzero again. Now I have Total-Tech so at least I have Best Buy behind me! Get Total-Tech! I learned the hard way!
