Great remaster with 1080p 60 fps but for people who have it on ps3 like i do, not sure if it's worth the full 40 dollars as the ps3 version still holds up well. If you haven't played it and have a ps4, definitely worth the buy! One of the best action-adventure/puzzler with a great story and epic boss fights.You'll need to play 1 and 2 to get the full story though. Even though i have it on ps3 , i bought it again for ps4 when it was on sale. Still one of my favorite games to play. Plus to get more trophies!!

Kratos mad, Kratos kill! The button mashing mayhem that is God of War has been perfected in this game, but it is nowhere close to feeling hackneyed or tired. The fights are gorier, the bosses are more intense, and the stakes have never been higher as you take on Zeus himself. If you have played the first two games in the trilogy, you owe it to yourself to pick this one up and give Kratos a proper sendoff.

God of War III is the best in the series and I'm glad they made a remastered version for the PS4. This is the same game from the PS3 version, but with better visuals and improvements. If you're a fan of God of War, this is a must-buy game. If you're new to the series, I would highly recommend this game if you like lots of action.

This is one of the most visceral games available in gaming. Taking on the gods of Olympus one by one is exhilarating. Graphically, the game pushed the PS3 to its limits. It still looks amazing on PS4. Great combat and monster sized set pieces are unmatched.

Seriously, just buy this game. Not sure what it looked like on PS3 but looks great on PS4. The gameplay is what continues to impress me. In my opinion, this was the last real (and maybe the best) God of War game. GOW 4 changed up the gameplay, but GOW 3 is where it's at to me. One of the final battles where you are facing enemies of all kinds is just incredible.

I have always loved the series going back to the PS2 days and thought that every single game was pushing the graphic limits of the system they were on. This game looked great on the PS3 and looks even better on the PS4! Even if you have never played any game in the series, pick this up because it's a must play for anyone that loves Greek Mythology or just someone that wants to Hack/Slash some things up!

If you are a fan of the God of War franchise and don't like what you see with the new reboot coming next year you'll probably want to pick this up. It is pretty much exactly the PS3 version of the game with a few changes with the graphics and controls. Maybe you are new to the franchise? If you like hack and slash games that give you rewards for high combos and high violent finishers this is the game for you. Lots of blood and gore with a good amount of challenge. Just wish the graphics were amped up a little bit...I mean it is called a 'remaster' right?

If you missed the version that came out on ps3, its your lucky day because this will quench your thirst for Kratos' VENGEANCE! Get ready for blood, blood and more blood, in the thrilling conclusion to the blockbuster trilogy thats made you clench your *** more than once in the playing of its entirety! GOW3 REMASTERED is a rollercoaster not meant for children. ;)

This is an awesome game to play if you’re into the hack n’ slash type of gaming. It has challenging levels, lots of violence and blood, and is stunningly beautiful with the amount of detail in graphics and great orchestrated music. Definitely a game worth playing many times over.

in all honesty if you played or own this game for the ps3 its really not necessary to get this. But, if you're a fan of the god of war series and love it as much as i do you will enjoy replaying this game, or doing so for the first time. The God of War series was the reason why i purchased a PS3 a few years back

Bought on sale, good for the price. Old but a classic.

This game is still the epitome of excellent graphics and satisfying gaming mechanics. It all runs very smoothly and the varied attacks are a pleasure to execute. One word of warning is that the game is explicitly violent.

I played this on the ps3 and loved it, the remastered version is absolutely insane, so fast, so pretty, so fun and addictive. If you don't own this then you need to go out and get it, immediately!...

Brutal. Visceral. Bloody. Amazing sense of scale. If you did not play this on PS3, you have NO reason not to experience this masterpiece for PS4. Don't play in front of your kids!

if you played this on ps3 nothing new in gameplay but does have improved graphics and frame rate or if you never played it on the other system great way to see this game in the series

The God of War series is one of the best you will ever get to play. If you missed out on playing this on the last generation consoles, it is a MUST BUY.

I never played the original game on the PS2, so I decided to buy the remake of the game. The game graphics are definitely up there with fairly smooth frame rate. I have only played an hour worth of the game, but thus far it has lived up to the expectations.

Great game as always with excellent graphics on PS4. Played this as soon as i bought from bestbuy. Loved it!! Thanks BB for great price.

if you played the PS3 version then you'll love the remastered version for the PS4. I'm a big fan of the series and I love this game.
