I saw a trailer for the new God of War coming 2017 and it looked awesome. I wanted to experience the game play before the new one came out. It is just epic. The close up fight scenes and combos you can use. Would highly recommend to a newbie if God of War.

Lots of Spectacle - fun game

Remastered: In a good way.

In this case. This remaster does the game justice. It cleans up certain areas of the game and improves the game play. Since the price is reduced now. It's a good time to revisit this game if you haven't in a while.

Great update to an awesome game!

The same great gameplay and story are still there, but the graphics have been remastered and look great! If you enjoyed God of War III on the PS3, don't hesitate to revisit it with the HD Remaster.

It picks up right where God of War 2 ends and is just as good and worth playing if you never have before. I got it on sale for $9.99 so that's the way to go.

God of War 3 Remastered

Its a great ending to the story of Kratos, a moral who became a God. The only reason why this game is not 100 percent is because its 1080P and 60 FPS but nothing else is new. Its the same game with better graphics. So, if you already purchase this in 2010, you can wait but if you purcahse a PS4 and never played the GOW series, this is must have.

Entertaining and Well-made Remaster

This isn't meant to be an immersive story game. It's a ton of fun and the remaster looks good on PlayStation 4. Definitely worth a pick up if you enjoyed the original PS3 release.
