Same game that came out in 2010, only better with the power of newer gaming hardware. The game looked great back then, so it looks even better today. Only complaint if I had one is that there is no real behind the scenes documentary that could have been included but Im just a sucker for those types of things. Great game.

Just what I expected. Most of the graphics are gorgeous. Very few still look like ps3 graphics but nothing major. Great story and gameplay. Definitely worth $40. I would say anyone looking for a good story and game should get this. Even if you have already played, which I have, this was definitely one worth playing again.

If you've played the other God of War games, you'll know what to expect. To me, it's a fun, fast-paced hack and slash game that has been expanded upon and enhanced over the last 2 games. Game play is smoother and graphics are much better. I'm glad this was remastered for PS4 so it's not only available on PSN.

Borrowing from the many prior entries and adding its own spins. GoW3 does well on its own, the multiple perspective kills are fun and extremely brutal. Story is fantastic, music is great, however I feel the voice acting of Kratos was cliché and sometimes lame. I still love this game.

I picked up this title to get excited for the new GOW game coming out in 2018. This game is awesome. Great combat, awesome Cut scenes. I love how the game just throws you right into it at the start. Minimal tutorial just right into the game play. It’s worth it to play this game again.

I had played through the game during its initial release for the PS3 and decided to purchase the remastered version for pure nostalgia and to satiate my thirst for the new “God of War.” The graphics are undoubtedly improved, but the same glitches exist, especially when performing a standard “double jump” and not positioning Kratos in a specific area. If you are new to the series, playing the last game will serve as a summation of the storyline well.

I love all the games from this franchise, and this is one of my favorites! You can't beat the attention to detail in the storylines, detailed graphics, and immersive environments. Love it!

If you haven't played an arcade style grand "vista" type game before, I highly recommend this one. I got it because I haven't played any of the God of War series yet and wanted to gain some backstory before I bought the very latest version. Great visuals and game play.

A great PS3 game remastered with a more stable 60 fps and upscaled visuals. Definitely worth a playthrough if you are getting into the 4th installment and Ragnarok.

I may have played this game (too) many times before, but I had to jump at the chance to play it again. It does not disappoint and is beautifully remastered for the PS4. I suppose the only disappointment is the lake of any extras, but for me I can live without any. I love the game so much that it doesn't matter.

I've seen this game on the PS3 and now that it's on the PS4 and remastered, I figure it's time to buy it at a steal price. The graphics is a improvement and the game play is fun. Now I understand why this was a best seller. I'm glad that I bought it on sale.

This is a visual spectacular game and the action is fierce and bar a few puzzles it's never dull. It's worth the money!

Was pleasantly surprised at how well this turned out! Being a huge fan of the original trilogy, I feel as if this is a fantastic way for new school gamers to discover what made God of War so great back in the early 2000's! The update in graphics and game play alone make this well worth the $39.99 price tag.

This is by far my favorite game and when i heard about the new one dropping i purchased a new PS4 for that reason and picked up this game to go with it. I love this game and have played it many times through and will play it many more times. I does not get old. I do recommend to all.

What was originally a solid PS3 title is now even better on its successor. Good action and story.

The best God of War from the PS3 generation looks and plays better than ever. Not the best remaster when compared to other remasters, but that's likely because the base game was already outstanding. Gameplay is smoother than ever now that it runs at mostly 60 frames per second. Boss fights are fun and level design is excellent, even by today's standards.

Lucky they have it bc most places you cant get it and it gives kratos story from greece so if you played the others this fills in the gaps

If you never played this game on the PS3, you need to play it on the PS4. It's an EPIC game that you will never forget. Some of the boss character are literally 1000x bigger than you. The scope of this game is impressive. Definitely a must play for everyone.

I have always lover the God of War series and can't wait for a true sequel to be made for the PS4. GoW 3 has updated graphics and a picture mode that lets you take a screen shot at any moment. Besides that, it is the same game. If you never played it before, this would be a perfect time to play it.

Love this game, I have God of War 4, and I wanted to get a better understanding of the story line.
