If you've never played a God of War game before and own a PS4, then this the one to get. Graphics are smooth as butter and gameplay as fun as it was on PS3. A little disappointed there weren't more bonuses to this remaster (hence the 4 stars), but in terms of enjoyment, this game has it in spades. Parents, take that mature rating seriously.

Great game, huge scope to battles - music was great, gameplay addictive. Must play for any PS owner. Still holds up in 2021.

Grandson enjoys playing this game but it's not recommended for younger kids

I absolutely love all the god of war games and I was so excited when I found the third one remastered on the PS4. Played about an hour so far and I'm already hooked. Great price too!

Finally bought a PS4 on Black Friday and bought this game with it. I have never been able to play the God of War saga before, so this game was an awesome entry into the series and looks great on the PS4

Played and own the ps3 version. Loved it along with the entire series. Was not gonna pass up a remaster of the seriously awesome third game. Such an amazing looking update. Plus I got it on sale for $17.

This game was so much fun when it first release and was such a delight to have rereleased for PS4. It was great playing this even after the new God of war.

Great old-school God of War hack-and-slash game. It’s always fun getting progressively more weapons and upgrading those things. It’s fantastic.

The PS3 version of this game was a great showpiece at the time, but it definitely shows it's age now. This PS4 remaster is a great way to experience it in 2019.

The biggest and baddest of the God of War series. Jaw-dropping fights and pure mayhem from start to finish. The remaster runs at a nice smooth 60 FPS in 1080P and looks fantastic, but if you own the original on PS3 there's not much reason to upgrade unless you're a fanatic of the series like I am.

This game is everything the original was and more. The only difference is some minor improvements with regards to resolution and frame rate. If you loved the ps3 version then this version is worth it.

This is one of the best God of War games. The issue is that the visuals are not much of an improvement but your getting a solid 60fps

I never played this on the PS3, so it was great to get this remastered for the PS4

Favorite of the original GoW series prior to the Norse releases

Love this game so much, I bought it twice. Was hesitant on buying this again, but it dropped in price so I snatched it up. Was not disappointed. The HD looks great and still has great gameplay.

I didn't have PS3 before so it was the first time I played this game. This game is so amazing even if it is a remastered version. I heard a lot of good things about this game and i had so much fun!

I remember playing this when it came out for ps3 and it blew me away. When getting it again for the second time it did just the same plus so much more. definitely worth a buy if your a god of war fan.

This is an awesome game, especially if you liked the new God of War or the classic games. The remaster is nice and it's great to play this on the PS4.

Best ending to the greek trilogy. Before God Of War 2018, this was Kratos.
