I expected a lot from this title. It looks great but needs more deeper substance; at the moment its very buggy playing so it gets frustrating. Hopefully we get a patch soon fixing the issues because it could be a good game if it operates smother. The game arrived quickly, the day after release and was packed well. Best Buys communication from the time of purchase, through delivery, and even after having it is by far the best, quickest, reliable place that I've purchased from online hands down, which has lead to me using them for many things in the recent month that I usually would have used amazon for. Definitely recomend and I will keep using them.

This is the buggiest game I’ve ever played BY FAR. The combat is super fun, though. It was a decent platinum experience. It should take about 30 hours to get. I’d buy this at less than $30. It’s not worth more.

Looks nice, fun combat, weapons/armor are great, but story is about as dry as the Sahara. Wait until discounted.

Good game, loads fast and very colorful. Reason for a star docked its repetitive but is a great game on the ps5 in my opinion. Just wish there was an offline mode.

The game plays well, has beautiful visuals, and a cool idea for a game. Has some flaws that I’m sure big youtubers have probably outed. Not worth $70 more like $40.

Only bought this because I wanted something to play on my ps5 at launch. Combat is pretty fun and graphics are really great.

Overall, the game had great graphics. The story is a bit bland, and the areas are repeatable, which makes the game not as fun as it could have been.

After beating this game, it left a sour taste in my mouth. Campaign: Yikes...i've never been so bored with any campaign story, but godfall falls to this topic. Why do i have to go back and forth to 2 npcs in order to start the quests.....laziness at its best. Graphics: Beautiful but way too shiny. I feel like the particle effects is nice but its a double-edged sword that can cause the game to stutter or freeze up when defeating an enemy or picking up loot. I think some patches would help with that but i wouldn't waste my time on it Combat: Combat in this game is a mixed bag. Fun? yes to a point. My main issue is that you cant cancel input attacks during an animation, which can cause you not block or dodge attacks. I wished that they added this. Conclusion: Dont buy this game, wait till this game comes to the PS Plus lineup for next year or go free to play. Im sure it will, not worth the $70 or even half the price for this half baked game.

Graphics are good, i wish you could jump that works make the game better. The game is short i completed the game is about 18hrs. You would think they could have made the game longer and bigger world to explore. I feel the game size is even small for a ps4 if you wanted to compare, next gen should be able to make massive immersive worlds. This is not the big. It feels smaller then the world for Zelda the ocarina of Time on n64.

I've always been more of a fan of Action RPGs vs. Turn-Based. Godfall is what I would consider a Hack n' Slash RPG. And for good reason. Graphics are gorgeous and shiny, fighting mechanics take some getting used to but definitely fun once you do. If I could ask for anything, it would be a map/HUD option and more cosmetics (without microtransactions). The areas are expanse, but you can get lost easy without knowing where you're going. Especially if you're just exploring. All in all, a decent game worth playing.

Well so far I’m 4 hours into Godfall. The graphics are amazing! The story is a little meh!! I just feel this game is missing a little something. The way the combat setup is not fun. It’s a first of its kind with it being a looter/slasher so maybe it could be me not being used to it! But as of know I feel this game is just average!!!

I got a ps5 and wanted to play a game I couldn't play on my series x so I picked up Godfall. It was on sale for about half off and for the money I think it's a pretty good game. It's not bad, the enemies can be challenging and there's a decent amount of loot to acquire in the game. It's not going to win game of the year but it's not a bad game and worth checking out if you can get it on sale.

It gets the job dont if you are looking to kill time but there are certainly better games out there especially in the RPG/Looter genre.

Game is okay, visuals are wonderful but overall the experience is boring, combat is not smooth or fluid at all, nothing about this game says worth $70. Especially for a mediocre experience you'll quickly get bored of.

I'm not sure why this game got such bad reviews. I found it enjoyable, especially playing co-op. The graphics are excellent for a launch game. Sure it might be a little repetitive but aren't all games to some extent. I don't have time for games that are hundreds if hours long so I found this to be a manageable length.

If you're capable of just enjoying a game for its core value, you will enjoy this game. This game is not ground breaking, its beautiful but nothing we haven't seen before, and the story is just mediocre. However if you enjoy hack n slash looter gameplay, you will have fun with it.
