People always say launch titles aren't great. Most of the time they are right. Looking back to the ps4 launch, we had Knack, and Killzone Shadowfall. Godfall is much better than that experience. Combat can get a little tedious but that's all hack and slash titles for you. It is fun though! And the LOOT! I would recommend.

A decent next gen game, with a great graphics but missing story line

this game just nlook good sound good and feels like you playing on a new gen but they are a lot of stuff that the need to fix if they one another game

Pretty good for $20. Don’t think I would have bought it day one but at this price it’s definitely worth giving it a try.

Graphics looks nice great deal for 10 dollars plus add more to my physical collection

This game was pretty poorly received compared to some other PS5 early offerings. I bought it because it was on sale and I had some reward certs expiring. I don’t know that I’d pay 59.99 or 69.99 for it, but if it’s offered at 39.99 again I’d recommend it for anyone looking to pass some time on the PS5

Not the greatest of games. I love visuals but in this game the visuals were a little too much. I cut down the brightness as well as a a few other specs, but still too much color for me. Gameplay is decent. Combat is more of a god of war feel. Bought it sold it within 10 days.

Super fun game! We were looking for a game to try out the new PS5 and godfall was a good choice. It was a little pricey.

Great shooting game, I bought it during black Friday at 20 dollars which makes it an even greater deal

Interesting game. I have yet to finish it but the gameplay is nice and the different characters are a major plus.

It's a decent game. Not as good as I had hoped nor as bad as I've since read. Worth the $35 I spent for my first PS5 game.

I don’t know why all the hate for this game. Has some flaws but in general I liked it. Looks great on my oled 4K tv too.

There are going to be bad reviews about any game, just like how "Dragonball: evolution", the movie, was seen as a monstrosity by dragonball fans. The real issue here are people who dont judge by set standards but rather by accumulated interest. Those such as myself that enjoy sandbox titles will see this game slightly restrictive, but this is only due to our other interests (like someone who likes oranges judging how an apple tastes). Now for the game itself, its a good game, a strong opening title for the ps5 game shelf (buy physical, cant show your grandkids a digital copy in 50 years and show em about the time before the computers took over). You have enough choice and enough exploration to make the game enjoyable, the loot system is varied enough to give you your daily grind fix (for the diablo grind junkies out there). The game has a moderate build for all its systems, making it palatable to a wide audience without going whole hog on any one feature. That is , except for graphics. This game is obviously meant for my brand new 77" LG oled (be jelly brotato chips). Remeber the first time you saw the night sky in skyrim? Or your first breath of the wild after stepping into the sunlight of hyrule? Yep, now mix that with an Scifi, Eragon-esk, Star-Treck meets lord of the rings world. .... the end point here is its pretty good lookin'. Overall, good gameplay, good looks, good personality, swipe right.
