The overseas rates have doubled over the years but it is still quite reasonable. The start up process with the SIM on a new unlocked Samsung Galaxy A14 phone was somewhat time consuming, but did work OK eventually. Note that if you are not in a hurry like I was, Google will mail you a SIM for free. You can get credit for a retail SIM like this one, but only for a new line.

The switch was ultra easy and everything is working great. So far, I'm very pleased. I'll know better how it works once I travel out of the state during business travel for so far, it's working great!

Simply get a compatible phone, insert the SIM, make your account and you're done. This is essentially already free since it comes with a $10 credit (which is automatically detected by google). Be sure to find a promo code to get an additional $20 off.

We're Christian missionaries that travel back and forth to Chihuahua Mexico all the time. One of our Grandsons visited recently and filled me in on Google Fi. Best Buy sold me the SIM kits and helped get my wife, daughter and myself going. So if you're tired of looking for the best flexible family group cellular plan go for Google Fi at Best Buy!

Great Sim card

I was hesitant at first because it seem I will not receive service but was surprised to see how I never have less than two service bars. The call quality is excellent and better than I imagined. The bonus for me was receiving a ten dollar rebate on my first bill.

Now that I have it, I realize that it works fine. No lapses in coverage and the signal is always good. Plus the "deal" so I bought my wife one!

The set up was VERY minimal. There wasn't much to do. A telephone number will be assigned to you. And you are off... There is a $10 credit on the first bill for the cost of the card. The only issue I have is with the service and not the card. They send you a bill projecting usage about 7 or so days after the card is activated. So my first bill was $17 (after the credit) and I hadn't even started using the phone yet.
