    I can’t sync it to my previous FitBit. I want the continuous history, i have tried mutiple times. I don’t want to return it. I guess i need to go to the BB nearby and pay threm to figure out how to sync it.

      1. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
      2. Remove your Fitbit device from your account and phone.

    Loved the charge 3 I used to have but this charge 6 will not count stairs and the gps is not accurate at all. It will cut off my walks and the app is very glitchy and freezes all the time.

    Nice watch, but the feature we use the most is not easy to manage. Every time I swim, the watch locked and its impossible for me to get out when finish. Look like I need a hammer to get it unlock. Bad design!!!

To turn off the water lock, firmly double-tap the middle of the screen with your finger. If you don't see "Unlocked" appear on screen, try tapping harder.     Google purchased Fitbit then ripped features out. You will get notifications for things you can't change in the app anymore
