2.4 GHz - 300 Mbps
5 GHz - 867 Mbps

The connectivity issue could be related to a double NAT issue which happens when you have 2 routers broadcasting the same Wi-Fi SSID and password, especially if you are using a modem router combo. To fix this, we recommend disabling the Wi-Fi functionality for your combo or put it in bridge mode, then set up one of your Google Wifi Points as your primary Point. You can then connect your other Google Wifi Points to the primary Google Wifi Point.
You may also want to check for possible sources of signal interference. There could be signal interference due to traffic on your Wi-Fi network, on your neighbors' Wi-Fi networks, or from other sources like microwaves, baby monitors, or even the thick walls of your home. Placing your primary Google Wifi Points in a straight line of sight with your secondary Google Wifi Points, and placing them no more than 15-25 ft apart may help improve the signal strength and connection speed.

Google nest mesh shipped with defective power plug

One power plug/pack was defective in the “refurbished” delivery. No original manufactures packaging, only three points and three power plugs and cords, one power plug completely inoperable. BestBuy refused to replace single power plug. Only offer at store was to return all three devices, plugs, cords. I had already configured points, confirmed all worked except power pack/plug. I purchased $12 replacement power plug from Amazon instead, BestBuy wouldn’t reimburse the cost for defective item. Google Setup instructions did not state to turn off cellular connection for a successful install. Necessitated contact with Google support which was eventually successful. Added to an existing network nest mesh.
