    I originally got this item refurbished from Amazon. The first one they sent had no instructions & did not work. I returned for a replacement and the second one from Amazon also had no instructions & did not work. So I got one from Best Buy, then realized I needed a total of 3. After I got all 3, nearly all of my wifi connectivity issues are resolved. I gave it 4 stars because infrequently, a zoom call on share screen still locks up momentarily. Overall, would definitely recommend.

    These are perfect. I believe Google is going back to the basics now with the new Nest Wifi Pro. I dd return this as I had the 2nd generation mesh system and I just wanted to have those speakers too as a nice touch. But don't be alarmed, these routers have a backward (or forward) compatibility with its predecessor, so you can add this to into your mesh system if you so please.
