Went with the refurbished to save money, but it does not work. I've tried everything on the internet and it will not connect to the mesh or work as the main router. This is my second refurbished/open-box product from Best Buy that arrived defective. I will never trust that option again.

No resetup is possible. Blinking light all of a sudden? Not one thing you can do about it. Im down to one. Google does not design there devices for intuition or common sense. In order to use you have to ask Google questions. I resent this product.

Google Wifi works with most Internet service providers. However, if you´re using a modem/router combo, we recommend setting it in bridge mode and disable its Wi-Fi functionality. This will avoid any network issues caused by both your combo and your primary Google Wifi Point, broadcasting the same SSID and password. You may then connect your primary Google Wifi Point to your modem using an Ethernet cable, and then connect your secondary Google Wifi Points to your primary Google Wifi Point wirelessly.
