Works like new. I can see my entire driveway and front lawn, and that's without angling the camera. Night mode works fine too, I can see everything clearly. I am able to make zones so instead of the constant notifications I only get notifications when something steps foot in the zone. I do notice when its dark, raining & windy it'll say a car comes by because its picking up the rain droplets. So just keep that in mind

This doorbell works fine and easy to install. Picture quality excellent.

I replaced my 1st gen Nest doorbell camera with this camera. The picture image is only slightly better than the 1st gen. The google app is not as good as the Nest app. The nest app let you scrub the whole time line, while the google app just gives you snippet of video and you can scrub through. If you don’t have a doorbell camera it’s pretty good, but if you have the gen 1 nest doorbell you might want to stick with it.

Great product, was easy to install with all the How to videos on YouTube. The only issue I have is the 1st generation provided a wide angle shot.

I normally have awesome luck with refurbished, but this one was a fail. The previous person striped the holding screw, so it wouldn’t stay mounted. Bought a new (not refurbished) and there was no issue. Seriously took me 5 min to set it up (this was my second one to install as I had an original nest). Refurbished is always hit or miss, but usually not the products fault.

Works great, might want to consider a different doorbell if you have multiple chimes in your house.

Installed the Nest Doorbell, found it quite easy. The hardest thing was to find enough doorbell wire to use on the doorbell but was finally able to & get it wired. Connecting it to the Home Nest & the WiFi was easy and has been up & working for a few weeks.

Good doorbell camera if you are in the Google ecosystem. Works with my chime which is 16v 10A. You can set up the Google Minis to play the doorbell ring if needed. I can also speak to people through my PC if configured properly. Would recommend to a friend.

Tried it for a week and decided to return it because of poor quality picture and alot of problems with accessing video via cloud storage. My Internet download speeds are around 500mb down so you think you would expect more from Google if you're paying $80 a year to access cloud storage.

I hate been wanting this for s very long time. So i finally made the. 8 have been pleased since. Thr picture is clear. There's is just a minor issue. Occasionally the bell will ring, but nor offten, Either way I am pleased!

Great quality, I love that there is no extra charge for a subscription. Reliable and easy to install too!

I replaced a Eufy doorbell with the 2nd generation nest wired doorbell. The Eufy had a 20 second delay from the camera to my nest display. The nest doorbell has a 1 or 2 second delay. Much better. The video is not as clear as Eufy but still adequate. The nest aware subscription is annoying but necessary if you want to go back over three hours.

I was a bit hesitant to get the refurbished Nest Doorbell (wired) but was attracted by the savings. It arrived looking great, was easy to install and its working great!

I love the weather resistance and AI upgrade for notifications of this version compared to the old Google nest hello, just sucks the camera range is not as wide as the old generation but that's my only complaint. The install was easy and I like the fact it works in the Google home app with all my other upgraded cameras.

Working as intended. No Complaints so far. I am not concerned about getting a refurbished product from best buy. Only thing missing was the original box.

The google nest camera works great was super easy to setup and connect with my phone and other google products. Would likely recommend this if you are looking for a video doorbell

I couldn’t pass up the savings on a geek squad referbished product. Came like brand new with a couple spots of use noted but no damage and, weeks later, theres no issues.

It's the first time I try the refurbished product. It's good quality. I have the older version before. But this one have much better camera, high resolution.
