Replaced my previous Nest doorbell. This works better with Google Home than Nest did. There was a lag with Nest with notifications. No problem integrating with existing doorbell.

The instructions said to use the nest app, but it wouldn't connect. I figured out I had to use the Google Home app for the 2nd generation product.

We had to replace our Nest doorbell which was only a few years old. Found this GEEK Squad refurbished for half the price and it works great. The gray color looks nice too.

Paid a higher price for a refurb, wish bought the new on sale. Anyway delivered yesterday and box was open and missing parts, screws, the wire to hook to doorbell. So ill make the trip to the store to get a another one...Sad

Apparently, refurbished but the doorbell button didn't work. Returned to store for refund. Also, didn't like the new camera view, it's smaller and more vertical, so you can't see as wide of a picture. We bought another 1st generation and are happier with that.

This model doesn't work if you don't have the correct power connection. Get the battery operated version or older models because it comes with batteries and a wired connection that should work without having to change your transformer

Worked for about a week and I waited to long to install so now I am stuck with a broken doorbell that doesn't work. You only have 90 days warranty on it so make sure you install it as soon as you buy it.

I cannot believe it since I bought this doorbell it hasn’t worked. This is ridiculous. I had somebody come and look at it and now they said it is damaged. That’s why it hasn’t been working. This is horrible. I honestly wish I could give a zero star this refurbish doorbell that was damage it seem like and I’m not gonna stop till Best Buy refund my money because I don’t understand how you’re selling product refurbished that is not working properly or broken.

Received the unit. At first looked like it was in "like new" condition. I plugged it in to verify that it works, and all went great. It took me a while to run wiring to the doorbell and the 15 day return window quickly passed. Once i finally had it installed, over the next few days I noticed what looked like a blurry area appearing in the middle of the video and taking up about 50% of the image. Now i'm going to try to go through the google warranty. Will revise my rating if the claim is successful.
