INCOMPLETE - missing base plate

Item came but was incomplete. The base plate was not included and have to return it…WASTE OF TIME. Poor quality control to allow this refurbished item to be shipped out with missing parts.

Best buys refurbishment process is to take a broken product someone returns, tape it up with common masking tape and resell it to you. Best buy is a doomed, joke of a company

Good price but Chime Puck is missing from package so I returned it. Hesitate to order another refurbished video doorbell.

You can choose which events your camera or doorbell can detect and record (people, motion, package, etc.). From there, you (and each member of your home) can decide which of those events to get notifications for. If an event is turned off, you won’t get notifications for that kind of activity. You can also change the settings like adjusting video quality, wake-up sensitivity, length of video clips, time between recorded events, and using activity zones to monitor specific areas.
Meanwhile, a range issue or wireless interference can affect the overall performance of your camera. Sometimes it may pass the connection test during setup, but will struggle to stay connected if it’s just a bit too far away from your Wi-Fi. Check for objects such as mirrors and refrigerators between the camera and your router as these items could block the connection. Upgrade Wi-Fi and transformer needed

Door bell itself is great and easy to install.
Please make sure your Wi-Fi and transformer are upgraded to work with this doorbell. I had two geek squad visits and they were not able to install doorbell. I finally had to return the doorbell.
I later purchased this refurbished one and was able to successfully install myself.
