This is the second Pixel 6a that I've ordered (refurbished), and it's having the same problem as the first--the receiver is crackly, and it's very difficult, if not sometimes impossible to hear the others. I'm working with Google now to resolve the issue, but as Best Buy has a 15 day return policy, I might end up going that route, however, I do need a phone, and I would like the issue to be resolved. *Side note--I also paid for expedited shipping for the second phone, and it was a bit late. I haven't called to speak with someone about that yet.

Everyone that I have tried to have a conversation with says they cannot hear me or can hear only half of the conversation. I didn't realize how bad it was until recently when I needed to make numerous phone calls regarding health issues. Would give 0 starts if that was an option. I can't return it and Best Buy no longer offers a repurchase on this model. As soon as I save up another $200 I'm going back to Motorola.
