The phone overall itself is a great purchase. But I'm not sure if it's due to the refurbishment, but the camera isn't much better than my 6A even though it's supposed to be a much higher resolution. You can't beat the price though.

Buying it for a gift. Have not set it up yet. Turns on and looks brand new.

It is a Pretty good quality phone for a not to expensive price!

Was a bit worried to get a refurbished phone but the phone differs nothing from a brand new one, my only gripe is that i didn't come with the accessories that come with the phone if you get it brand new.

Great working phone however there were some micro scratches.

The phone is really nice, was described and a nice replacement for my Apple phone. All went well with ordering to delivery.

Battery drains faster than normal & fingerprint sensor does not work right. It looks like it was sent as trade in before, the original owner cleaned the phone & then it is sold in Best Buy. It did not look like it was refurbished by Geek Squad. That's my opinion. So I returned this phone.

We really like the Google phones. I had one before then. I went to a Note 10 and didn't like that as much. I bought this phone for my daughter. It was a refurbished phone, so I had my doubts. So far so good. It's been really good for her. She's had it for about a month now. There's plenty of storage for what she uses. My only suggestion would be to fully update the phone before activating it. I missed that, and it took me 2 days to get it activated. I've never had to do that to a phone before.

Bought this as a first phone for our daughter and it's perfect! Easy to navigate and very rugged!

Google really had something with the 4 and 4XL but is trying to fall into obscurity with its newest iterations. It’s definitely better than the smart phones at the dollar store but about as decent as an iPhone 8

This smart phone does all of the phone stuff and all of the smart stuff I've tried so far.

Excellent color and an excellent price. Weird that the local Best Buy only seems to carry black phones...there are som many new colors that look great.

AAA+ although it was a certified product. condition was mint. will buy Geek Squad Certified products for sure!
