The phone does not work properly, is glitchy, and randomly closes out of all apps. Customer service has been no help since it is past the return/trade deadline (I contacted them 12/31). All they tell me is I have to bring the phone into a Best Buy store, which is not easy given how many are closing down, therefore having to travel to get to one. If you do want to purchase this phone, be mindful of the deadline! I will never purchase Geeksquad Certified Refurbished again. $390 down the drain.

The phone was not unlocked

I called the mobile company and they told me the phone was locked because the previous owner had a due balance. There is a risk that this product is not Unlocked, i will try to get a refund

Fragile phone.

As it is a refurbished product, cleaning details are not taken into account; they do not ensure that the equipment is completely in perfect condition. In my case the screen was not attached to the frame of the cell phone and it got hot when charging, for this reason I had to return the product

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Inlove my pixel 7a but it should’ve been partially charged when I received it from the store and apparently it had a dead battery so I had to charge it ij my car luckily i had a charger in the car so I went in my car and charged it but for now on, please make sure the phones are charged if you’re gonna sell this phone

Battery heats up when gaming and last only a day. Camera is really good.
