1. There was a small scratch on the screen even though it was in the excellent condition category 2. The trade in didn't work as the initial information i was asked before buying and while handing over the trade in device was confusing and different

Phone grills were caked with dirt to the point you couldn't tell they were grills. Greasy fingerprints all over the phone, deep scratches in the center of the screen. I don't know what was "refurbished," but it sure wasn't this.

I recently purchased a refurbished Pixel 7 Pro from Best Buy's Geek Squad. Unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal. Delivery Issues: The phone arrived without its original box or charging cable. It was simply bubble-wrapped and placed in a generic box. The phone had minor scratches on the back, which I could have overlooked. The most concerning issue was a rattling noise coming from the camera module, suggesting loose internal components. Returning the Phone: Due to the phone's condition, I decided to return it to Best Buy. The customer service representative initially questioned the missing box and charger, despite me explaining they were absent upon delivery. After some time and speaking with a manager, they accepted the return and issued a full refund. Overall Experience: This experience was disappointing and inconvenient. It raises concerns about the quality control and refurbishment process at Geek Squad. I strongly recommend that they thoroughly inspect and properly package refurbished phones before shipping them to customers. Additionally, I would advise potential buyers to: Carefully inspect the condition of refurbished phones upon arrival. Note any missing accessories and report them immediately. I hope to receive a response from Geek Squad regarding their quality control procedures and how they plan to address this issue.

I bought this unlocked device and went to store and checked with the Geek Squad and they said the device is unlocked. Then i gifted it to my friends abroad and when they started to use it, it says phone need to be unlocked. POOR SERVICE FROM GEEK SQUAD. WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY. THEY CANT EVEN UNLOCK A DEVICE. A very bad experience

I love it! Works just like the one I bought that wasn't refurbished, and this one's the color I always wanted, I am extremely happy with my pixel. I highly recommend a pixel!

My phone was delivered on time and it was the right one for me. Am happy that I awarded myself with a better phone from Best buy. Looking forward to buy something again at Best buy.

Google Pixel 7 Pro was listed as refurbished. It arrived quickly and looks like a new phone. It doesn't appear to have any scratches or defects at all.

I haven’t had an Android phone in a while and this pixel 7 pro great the the hand. It has solid build quality and the OS is as good as it gets with Android.

I love this phone. My biggest complaint about any pixel is it's not capable of switching between selfie and back camera. Other than that it's wonderful.

It’s a fast and great phone except the fact after three weeks the screen turned black and I am having issues getting it replaced from Best Buy.

Shipping was fast. The only thing was someone super smart owened the phone prior. So there was a weird loading screen. But the phone works as it should

best buy lied in the advertisement here, I was sent a locked At&t phone. at&t refused to unlock it, and best buy's internal policy says that they will not replace the phone. best they can do is "allow" me to return it and roll the dice and purchase one again, hoping that I actually get the item that's advertised. but it's not listed as sold out or even in a limited quantity? clearly they believe they have the stock to continue selling it on their website, but they can't confirm a replacement phone because it's "refurbished" and they have some ridiculous policy that makes no sense. this is absurd in the extreme. y'all should be ashamed and you should fix it.
