PLEASE BUY warranty or whatever protection. it failed 3 weeks after received (one week after the return grace period). Geek Squad was not able to fix it. Everything on the phone worked except the screen. We were able to make it work thru Google directly, but now we are afraid it might stop working again.

The phone was wrapped bare in a sheet of plastic bubble sheet. But in pristine shape, no marks and the battery was at 94% health. I'm so super happy with this purchase, it might as well have been a new phone.

The key required to open the sim card compartment was not included; I had to make do with a needle. Pixel phones are, objectively, pretty good. They were better when they came with unlimited photo storage online, though. Also, some of my apps have been very slightly buggy on this phone. Restarting seems to clear the bugs.
