Geek squad certified refurbished is a joke. I ordered two phones for my wife and I as a Christmas present after Christmas to ourselves. I had them sent to the store and when they came in I asked to see them. One looked good the other cameras glass cracked on all cameras. So I returned the bad one and kept the good one for my wife. I reordered another and had it sent to the store. When it arrived I opened it it had bad scratches across the face of the screen. I returned it and ordered again. When it arrived the store I opened it it had a deep gouge and scratches across the screen again. The Best buy representative behind the counter agreed with my assessment and told me I should not reorder the same way I have. He told me to call customer service and ask them to order it for me. The representative was extremely nice on the phone and ordered the phone and was going to have it delivered the very next day. When the phone arrived guess what... Yep scratch screen. I'm now awaiting my refund and buying this phone elsewhere at the same price has offered by Best buy. Either no one looks at the phones before they considered certified or their quality control is just garbage. These are just used phones not refurbished in any way. By the way all phones arrived with complete dead batteries. I will never order from Best buy again.

Good deal there were some minor blemishes but I would buy again

Bought it in hopes of trying a Google phone over Samsung and it deffinitely disapointed. The software seems like an Apple type of device where the UI is super simplified and really doesnt let you change much. Thats the least of the problem. I did return the phone as it was also faulty with no working chraging port. Would recommend caution when getting a refurbished phone from Geek Squad.

Great phone but the screen started getting this black spot in the bottom corner and it’s been spreading since the return period ended. Love the phone though and it was a great price when I got it.

1. There was a small scratch on the screen even though it was in the excellent condition category 2. The trade in didn't work as the initial information i was asked before buying and while handing over the trade in device was confusing and different

Phone grills were caked with dirt to the point you couldn't tell they were grills. Greasy fingerprints all over the phone, deep scratches in the center of the screen. I don't know what was "refurbished," but it sure wasn't this.
