My phone was damaged, I gave up a very good trade-in phone for a damaged one. The only option I have is to get a refund. Bestbuy is a good store, but my advice not to trust the store's "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Department". They are sending out damaged phones. Just beware of that and read the other reviews that say the same.

It just came with a phone and charger. No manufactuer manual. It also comes with Limited Warranty.
