Service was really good. But the phone overheats very easily. I saw that as a fault as google pixel 7 pro but didn't think it would be to such a extent.

This phone is far and above better than the four year old Motorola it is replacing. I haven't tested it to the max with anything high performance, but all my apps work again. Nothing crashes. I was a little surprised at how little packaging thee was, but the phone looks great. Most of all this, was a tremendous value. I saved even more by going with the less desirable Hazel color (you can't even tell with my phone case on it). There was an included cable for transferring data from the old phone, but I ended up doing a Wi-Fi transfer that worked just as well. The phone did get a little warm during the process, but I read that this is normal when doing heavy data transfers over a network. I bet this phone will last me a considerable amount of time, and even if I upgrade in one to three years, it has been a much better value than if I had chosen a brand new phone of the same price. I love having 12Gb RAM. Everything is snappy.

The phone works great. I went from IOS to android. This is my first Pixel phone, compare with my old Iphone 12, this phone is way better in almost everything. There are only two things that I don't like about this phone. 1. The curved edges of the screen. 2. The face unlock is not as good as the one on the Iphones. Everything else is better than old Iphone.

I am happy with the purchase though I got a different color than I ordered. First I wanted Obsidian but I really love the Hazel one. Different color is what took one star from the review. The phone was in really good condition, no problems with the battery, performance nor hardware.

So far it's been a great refurbished purchase. I appreciate the Geeksquad backing. This gives me greater confidence than buying it from Amazon or Facebook Market place. It has an excellent camera, speed, and storage. It came as described with no scratches. It was easy to add to my Tmobile account, honestly a quick transition. I will likely Best Buy refurbished products again.

This is a review for someone coming from a standard pixel 6. The pixel 7 pro is has a great screen resolution and takes awesome pictures. Android 14 runs smooth no stuttering or delays. The refurbished phone came in basic card board box with a few lights scratches on the back the screen was in great condition. It definitely needs a case but its not as slippery in your hand as the pixel 6. It handles gaming just fine, this phone is a beastly performer

Picked up my refurbished Pixel 7 Pro today. Brought it home and was happy to receive it in "like new" condition. No scratches or signs of wear. The phone works beautifully and I'm so happy that I chose this route saving me lots of money. Almost half the price of a new phone. I'm glad I went with the 256 gb version because it gives me twice the storage of my old Pixel 4a. Fired the phone up using my Mint Mobile sim card and it works flawlessly. Happy customer!

The phone was in overall great condition. Something is preventing me from installing my phone pay programs, possibly due to it being a refurbished device. If I can figure this out, then it will be a 5-star purchase.

The phone has a small scratch in the back part, close to the cameras, however, this doesn't affect anything and works perfect.

Phone does not even look like pre-owned ones. Does not have a single scratch. Not even on the camera bump or charging port, places that are easy to get scratched. Have been using the phone for a few weeks now. Really happy with the purchase.

Quality phone at a great price! This is my 4th Pixel and they never disappoint. I briefly had a Pixel 8 pro through a carrier but decided to get an unlocked 7 pro instead to avoid being contract locked with the carrier. I see no discernable different between the 7 and 8 at a much lower price point.

The phone is in a good quality, and it works well in last months. I really enjoy this pixel 7 pro, except the size, which is much bigger than my iPhone 13 mini. Well, I still think this pixel's price is still a little bit higher than the value I give, a similar price iphone might be better for a main phone.
