The camera allows my wife to see her mother anywhere by looking on her cell phone. The camera greatly serves our need.

We can see kids, dog and anyone taking care of our home while away. Clear picture and very easy to place makes it a great camera. Easy to access through Google and easy to navigate videos.

The only negative item is that the camera dot not adjust higher or lower, it camera only tilts upward it does not go lower higher like the previous model. Great that is was on sale!

It was incredibly easy to set up, and I've enjoyed being Abel to check on it from anywhere. You don't need a storage plan unless you want to keep the history logged for longer than 3 hours.

This one works as well and has the additional smart features to detect people and animals. So far its been great.

There are different factors that can affect the Night Vision. Try to angle your camera away from bright lights, or to install it in a shady spot. You should also make sure that any nearby surfaces or objects (like a wall) are out of view, since the camera’s infrared light can reflect off a surface. Easy setup, reliable and great video quality

Scan a QR code and follow the instructions in the google jome app. Takes about 5 mins and a media novice can set them up.

The quality and night vision is great, and the added microphone support is wonderful. I am dealing with some issues with advertising it with dog barking alerts as they are currently not working in the app. Working with google on that but otherwise a great cam.

A range issue or wireless interference can affect the performance of your camera. Sometimes it may pass the connection test during setup, but will struggle to stay connected if you're experiencing a spotty connection or weak signal. We recommend checking your Wi-Fi network to see if your bandwidth is congested. This may happen if you have too many devices connected on the same bandwidth or if your network package is not enough to handle the data traffic on the network. These few steps may also help:
- Turn off other devices connected to your WiFi that may relieve network congestion.
- You can also try restarting your router to reset your internet connection. You should also restart any Wi-Fi range extenders or repeaters that you have.
