This camera cost about 100.00 dollars. The picture is crystal clear and it is very easy to set up. We have four other nest camera’s that we use to monitor our property when we are away. Excellent camera for pet monitoring also.

Clear audio and video. Only drawback was that the charger it came with needs to be used with it and Cannot use a similar c plug , it will not boot up.

This is not my first Google Nest Cam. I use them indoors and outdoors to be able to monitor the various rooms in the house and the pool area in the back yard. 1) I use the notifications to alert me to when the pool cleaner, lawn maintenance, AC maintenance and others are in the yard. 2) The Cams also work well with my Lifx (Nightvision) bulbs which "light" areas I want to be able to monitor in the dark. 3) Can be integrated into Apple HomeKit. 4) They also act as a motion sensor for turning lights on and off with Apple HomeKit. (very pricey verses dedicated motion sensors but if I am going to place a cam somewhere where and it can act as a motion sensor, why not)

Works very well, i use it to check in on my dog and make sure he's not on the couch. Make sure you have a good wifi connection and fast internet speeds, original had slow loading times but then got a wifi extender and now camera loads super fadt

Camera is pretty easy to use. Set up was difficult with the spotty wifi we had and made the process much longer than it should have been. We connected our nest device to our google home for easier access for more than one user. Video quality is good. Audio is good, but if you have more than one camera and use the "talk" feature there is an echo. We had to scale back the notifications as it would notify us every time it saw someone. But overall, good system thats easy to use.

I love my nest cams. I have them set up all around the exterior of my house and this one in the interior.

Excellent camera. I use it as a nanny cam for my dog when I have to leave him alone.

We have three pups who love to wander around the house when we’re gone. This camera helps us keep an eye on them and even talk when they are barking at the ghost in the hallway!

Camera works fine easy to set up. But unfortunately I can’t merge it onto my nest site. Only on my google account. Which I fine odd since I have my nest thermostat on my google site.

Almost one year after, the camera flashes/flickers violently. Have to manually disconnect the product (& re-plug) and the problem will go away temporarily (but comes back too quickly). I put my camera in night vision mode nowadays to prevent epilepsy.

This thing does everything we need. Currently being used in a nursery and helps us keep track of our toddler ie when he's awake/asleep/wandering around the room. Nest app is good

I really enjoy having the ability to check in on my animals. I also like having the ability to see if someone is here and if they are to be able to communicate through the camera.

Needed to increase security inside my house. I already have cameras outside and have been very happy with them. These were just as easy to set up.

Great quality, easy to set up, Home app works perfectly. 3 hour recording save time is a plus.

Nice camera, integrates easily with google nest home application. I have set this up in a couple places of my home to keep an eye on my cat when I'm away.

I have 9 Original Nest Thermostats, 2 doorbells, and 4 cameras. Google ruined Nest, it’s not a Nest anymore without the functionality of the Nest app nor is the actual camera as good as the original. Google Home is just another poorly built privacy and data grab app by Google. It’s so bad you have to use the Nest app to add the camera to Google Home, but they intentionally won’t let you see your “new” camera in Nest. REALLY? What a joke. This is all a way to force you to google home. If you wanted me in google home then adapt Google home to Nest, then I might consider migrating. They admit they are trying to force you to their inferior Home app in many of the complaint reviews about the app. Don’t have Alexa, don’t want google spying on every word I say just so I can turn my lights on. This “google” camera replaced a Nest I moved outside. The google camera does not have remotely the same flexibility of the “true” Nest it replaced. It’s harder to see the video feed in the home app vs the Nest app, it’s harder to add to the home app than it was in Nest. If you are a google drone already, you will probably not care. If you are legacy Nest, everything about the Google migration and the hardware is inferior. When google quits supporting the Nest App, I’m converting to something else, if one of my Legacy Nest products breaks, I’m replacing with anything but a google product.
