I’ve had the Google Nest Wired Doorbell Camera for a while now, and I honestly love it. The video quality is super clear — both day and night — and I really like how quickly it sends notifications to my phone. I can see exactly who’s at my door, even if they don’t ring the bell. The setup was pretty simple, and since it’s wired, I never have to deal with recharging or replacing batteries. The motion detection is accurate, and it does a good job of telling the difference between people, packages, and cars. The two-way audio is also really clear, which is great when I need to talk to delivery drivers or visitors when I’m not home. Plus, it looks nice — modern and not too bulky on the wall. Overall, it just gives me peace of mind knowing I can check on my home anytime. Definitely worth it if you want something reliable and easy to use.

Yes yes yes. This door bell is soooooo nice. The app set up is with google so make sure that you create an account. But let me tell you, I see everything!!! I have a piece of mind now and don’t have to go look and see who is at my door. Definitely a homeowners must have. Eventually you will need a subscription to view activity that your camera catches but it is worth it. The sound quality, night vision, and video quality are all really good.

I replaced a Skybell video doorbell with the Nest doorbell and couldn't be happier. It was easy to install and program with our Nest display and speakers. Unlike the Skybell, this doorbell easily connects to Wifi and easily reconnects after Wifi is restored. The video quality and sound are good. I used the included wedge to angle the doorbell toward the street, which provides a better viewing area. You will need a Nest Aware account for $80 a year to save doorbell video. It's not a deal breaker for me, but I can see why it might be for some.

Very easy to set up with the Google home app. I chose the 'wired' plug in version because our old doorbell wire was no good. Nice Camara view and notifications - Right now it is set to notify me of 'people' and 'packages' - works great although I need to narrow the scan, so it doesn't notify me when people walk by out in the he street. Looks good and works great l!

Easy installation even with electric involved instructions are detailed. Camera quality is great and the cloud of saved movement is great for keeping tabs on what’s going on

This camera works wonderful! Great image and make us feel more secure know what is happening around our home at all times! This camera always catches activity outside and we always get notifications for every event, which is our personal preference. We would definitely recommend this camera!

The wired 2nd gen Nest Doorbell was very easy to install and set up. Its great that i dont have to worry about charging rhe battery. I got the coveted Linen color. Love it.

Setup and installation was a breeze. However, after 2 weeks it lost connection and had to exchange it for a new one. Luckily i bought the warranty and had it replaced. However, I had to waste money on buying a warranty for the replacement.

I am in love with this doorbell. It was assembled quickly and without issues. Instructions are clear on step by step. I also love the fact that it catches everything opposed to my Vivint doorbell. Everything is easy access with the home account. Looking at purchasing the hub and deadbolts next.

After much rereading and redoing the installation guide and finally ignoring the final picture, I was able to get it installed. (The final picture seemed to indicate the tiny center light and the outer ring should be lit to begin pairing. That was untrue.) The doorbell and camera work great! The camera could be better, but it works well. I’m impressed that I get alerts no matter where I am.

Reviewed all smart doorbell options and this 2nd edition provided the most free features. However, we upgraded to the yearly subscription with more features. Looking forward to the ai face recognition. There has been neglible false alerts for the settings we applied. Additionally, there was a great price for the wired version which was needed due to having cold winters. Install was easy. Needed to upgrade to a stronger doorbell transformer but not too difficult either.

The Nest doorbell wired camera is awesome. The installation with the step by step instructions are very detailed and is easy to follow. The camera is very sensitive it was picking up vehicle movement at a great distance. It also picked up an firework going off at 12/31/2022 see the attached picture. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Love my google nest works like a charm and the subscription isn’t even badly priced! Camera quality is really good also!

Awesome upgrade from the 1st generation the previous model is completely terrible constant shutting down due to cold weather loses charge quickly.

Good camera. Catches everything that passes by and recognizes animals, people, vehicles, and packages. If your packages is gone you get a notification.

Large camera view. Easy to install. Notify's you of people and packages. Highly recommend.

Great picture quality and connecting with the google home app couldn’t be easier. Set up and installation didn’t take longer then 10 min at the most

So nice to see who is driving up and the doorbell rings on all my nest minis so even if im in the garage i know when someone is here. The only thing i dont like is that the video clip only stays in the application for 3 hours. I can save it during that time but if I dont get to it, its gone. You can get a supscription to save them longer but i don't need another subscription.
