Looks good with the new house!!! And very easy to install

The doorbell does well in term of camera, control from the APP and all the feature that comes with it. But, it is not recommended for those who decide to purchase based on the power voltage requirement specified by Google as it is misleading. Its requirement and compatibility specify: 16 to 24 V AC and 10 to 40 VA. However despite its minimum is 16 V AC and 10 VA, the actual installation doesn't work with this power requirement. It works by replacing the transformer 16 V AC to 30 VA. which seems the minimum requirement. To learn this had to spend several days figuring out, and rule out defect of the device, then spending extra $$ to replace the transformer. If I would have known that the requirement minimum was 16 V AC 30 VA, could have bought another brand that is compatible with existing power and save time , stress and unnecessarily spent replacing the transformer. Then, it makes worst the customer service that doesn't recognize it is misleading requirement information. Instead with its arrotgancy the reply I received was that it is specified minimum 16 to 24 V AC and 10 to 40 VA while I am telling them iit doesn’t/ Furthermore, having done some online research from which I learned its is a known problem that most of whom bought it had to replace the transformer or even in some cases didn’t work at all. If you have 16V AC 10 VA, turn away to different brand, otherwise will end up spending more money and time and stress down the road for the probability that might not work. Now from usage stand point, when there is notification of alert popup on the mobile phone, and tap it, the application works quite out of acceptable duration to display the recording, As result, I need to exit the Google Home App, open it again, tap the doorbelll, the identify in History then go to Full history. So here are already 5 actions at least, that if there is urgent matter which require immediate view of video make late and that doesn’t seem good way for emergency response for home security.

The app is great, installation is great, it wires easily to your existing doorbell chime and has some included if you dont already have one. The only gripe i had was the notifications, everytime someone walks by with a dog you will get a notification, theres a lot of them. I reccomend turning on the package notifications only.

Works great, alerts correctly and the picture is clear.

I would definitely choose this option if possible rather than the battery operated version. We had the battery version previously and spent more time charging than we did using.

This new unit replaced the old one which was not able to establish connectivity

The video feed is very clear. Was easy to add to our existing Nest system.

I like the artificial intelligent copilot and other technology that comes with it.

Love this thing. It can be as sensitive as you want it to be with its motion. Never fails on me, definitely recommend. Also, it's the best looking doorbell camera out there.
