Nest hello was great, then came Google Nest battery doorbell which I thought was a little better except it didn't work so well in the cold weather months even when wire. Now comes Google Nest doorbell wired 2nd Gen which I really think is the best of all. Easy installation and the AI inside helps it climb to the top of my list and the video is very clear and crisp.

The Google Nest Doorbell we purchased was easy to install (replaced a Ring Doorbell that Stopped working) and has performed beyond expectations. We love the frequent alerts we receive on our phones, and the integration with our Google Mesh system throughout our house. We also like the person identification feature that announces who is at our door, based on information we provided. Very helpful. Also, the videos cover a wide area and have good resolution. I would highly recommend this doorbell.

Upgraded from the older model. This is bigger and better and we love it. Crisp video and easy to use app

I love the look and minimalist feel of this. At the same time, very powerful, and reliable. You can set up zones, and teach it to remember familiar faces, and it will announce them via chat, text or email. Mine has lasted 8 years, camera is still working fine, doorbell is actually wearing out. So I went with what I know works well.

Love this door bell easy to use and makes me feel safe

I have no issues with this product. It has functioned, as advertised with little to no hassle. Being knowledgeable about which type of doorbell to get - wired or battery - is useful. I have 19+ volts to our doorbell wiring, and that is adequate for the wired type. Every single delivery person has seen these doorbells and simply leave packages without knocking or ringing - a huge plus as an owner of two Dobermans. The doorbell can notify you if a package is left or even taken, can differentiate and notify you (if you like) of people, animals, vehicles, or even motion (not advised!). You can clearly communicate through the bell also. In this case, "the juice was worth the squeeze", in my opinion.

It’s been very useful and easy to use through the Google Home app. The overall installation was easy but it also depends on your exiating electrical setup at home.

This was installed to upgrade a Generation 1 doorbell camera. The videos are sharp, and the app quickly sends alerts when there is someone coming towards the door.

Great product, would’ve been a 5 stars if subscriptions weren’t a thing. With no subscriptions on pass 6 hrs are saved.

Loved this upgrade, as my prior nest doorbell chime stopped. Openbox, Came fully like new and in 2 days. Installed in 10 mins, incl indoor chime which now works again. And added to existing google home\aware in 2 mins. Worthwhile upgrade. Better camera quality, albeot different aspect ratio, its fine. I'm already on google home \aware app anyway, as this 2nd gen does not do Nest, im fine with that, it works well with my other cameras on google Home A worthwhile upgrade for me. Upgraded from the 1st Gen. This one works great. The old one stopped working and didn't look as good as this one.

Awesome!! The installation directions were very helpful and easy to follow. The phone app was also easy to setup and use. Excellent video and sound quality. GREAT product!!

Not much to say other than, if you are a google person, this works will work perfectly in your ecosystem. I have had this for almost two years now and LOVE having it "Watch" my house for me. It even tells me when specific members of my family are home by name!
