I found this item perfect for knowing who is ringing the bell and answer even when we are vacationing.

This best doorbell is amazing.its perfect. Mom in law has a eufy. It’s good too, but google just integrates with google home. It doesn’t intrude with sounds, but sends pop ups. We can make automations. It has AI so it can discern things. We have already benefitted I. Just a few weeks. Installation was easy for me. If you can use a screwdriver and a drill you can do this. Works great if you have a doorbell already in place with a transformer. The app walks you through identifying it. But almost all doorbells have a transformer behind the box inside the house. They just want us to double check the type. That’s the most doubtful part.

Easy to install and works great, however there should be information provided that you need to up the transformer to your doorbell in order for it to work properly

This is a replacement Nest Door Bell. I enjoyed having The Nest installed when we moved to my current house. The old door bell gave up the ghost but the video was great and notifications when somebody was delivering a package was great.

i used first gen nest doorbell, and have to say this is a great step up! also easy to install by replacing the original.

3rd gen Nest doorbell is definitely an update over 2nd gen. Better resolution and AI enhancements. Would highly recommend. But the best part is that the install is identical to the 2nd gen unit. You can reuse 2nd gen wall plates and you are set.

Very easy to install and program to the Google App. I had one issue that was not the fault of the Doorbell - some weird incompatibility with the electronic doorbell chime in the house. Once I changed it out, all worked as expected. One other consideration, that would be with any similar device no matter the make; the brick facing around the door frame caused the camera view, which is about 150 degrees, to be partially blocked. I wanted a full view and not just the person at the door. Finding an extension is not difficult, but it took about a week to secure.

Bought this to replace my 1st gen nest doorbell. It uses the Google Home app now and it will take some time to get used to the new app. The video and sound quality is much better but the sun reflection seems worse.

The camera works great. It was easy to substitute the previous one. We had the 1st gen of Google Nest Doorbell. The downside is that the Nest app does not support this new version, so we need to use two apps. One to manage our lock and thermostat, and another one, the Google Home app, to see the camera. Other than that, no complaints.

This camera works great! Very high quality, easy to set up, and the Gemini early access is working great so far as well. If you have an older home, you very well need to upgrade your doorbell transformer though.

I had the original Nest Doorbell and it finally failed. I bought this one, and what a difference. The video is wider and crisper. You can really tell they put the best camera on this version. I would highly recommend.

Great quality love that it connects to my nest hub. Cheaper and better than Vivant for sure, Happy with my purchase.

Love the doorbell camera! Installed 3 of them around our cabin to keep an eye on who is coming and going. I have a older nest doorbell camera installed at our house and it still works great.

Incredible camera. This is my first smart doorbell and i love everything about it. The packaging was beautiful and the simplicity of the install instructions was amazing. I am pleased to be using Google products.

Fast installation, no issues with it so far great video quality when compared to the 1st generation

I love my Google - Nest doorbell 3rd gen! It gives me comfort knowing I can see who is at the door at all times or if someone is just walking around my home. I love that it alerts me on the app. It works great! Highly recommend.

Little hard to install but if you have google home devices the software isn’t hard to set up. Video quality is good for what it is.

Good video quality, setup was simple, but app didn’t work at first. This caused a bit of frustration and wasted time, I had to delete the camera from my home and go through the process of adding the device again. Worked fine after. Subscription cost is also higher than ring, but you can do for free as well if you don’t need any history, so 50/50 there.
