Its super simple to use, its bring me back to when i have the old dial thermostat, love this. Little pricey but you are getting what you pays for.

Purchased new furnace and nest I didn't physically install the product but did do the set up which was lengthy but easy just follow the on screen instructions. The Nest is easy to use.

Ok, so wanted the Ecobee. Got to love the integration with Alexa. However, you need to have the right wiring to support it. Upon that disappointment, decided to go with my trusty Nest. It just simply works, Plus you cant beat its ease of use. So if you dont have the common wire, go with Nest.

Looked into this after talking to a friend and decided to get one. It has worked great (as advertised) and the App is very nice to have so that I can monitor and control from anywhere.

I used to adjust the temp before bed and going to work. Now it is on a timer, and I can adjust it before I leave work so it is cool or warm before I get home.

Works exactly as advertised. Got a rebate for local utility company. Saving money already. Really convenient to connect /control with alexa

Bought this to see if it will help on energy usage...so far it is very easy to use..takes time for it to learn your patterns. Like that I can change setting from my phone

The Nest was easy to install and our utility company has already provided us with a $125.00 credit for installing it. Functions are user friendly and are more than were expected.

this is the second one I got, I upgraded my thermostat about Two years ago, after a year I started getting a W5 error, (cannot connect to wireless) I chose to ignore it, after another Six Months, I started getting a Low Battery error, I had to remove the device and charged it with a USB cable. called tech support and they said they will not replace it due the warranty was just one Year. I bought a new one, (when it was working, it was great). this time I bought the extended warranty and hope for the best.

Bought this for my parents for Christmas. Took about a half hour to install. They're still talking about how much they love it and how easy it is to use. Couldn't be happier!

The installation instructions were clear and easy to follow. Within the First two days it was on track to our routine and adjusted itself accordingly.

We bought one for the first floor last month and had to get one for the upstairs. Great device and with the app it is so easy to adjust the temp even when we arent home.
