I picked up a Nest thermostat after learning our local energy company was reimbursing customers $75.00 that purchased one. We paid a professional electrician to install the unit, and it has worked great. We are able to see our energy use day-by-day and track our savings. We are also able to schedule the times the unit turns on, providing even greater savings.

I've had this a year now and am glad I upgraded our old thermostat. I can remotely adjust the temperature if I'm away for a while. It can "sense" when I'm home too so it will set my comfort temp.

Smart thermostat we loving it we have two. It come on when the temperature drops without any problems. When we are away it goes off . Save us money . We love it

I tripped my breaker installing it bc my ac unit was not labeled accurately. Had to call a repair man. But not Nests fault. Great system. Hooked up through my Alexa

I’m not an electrician and it was very easy to install myself. It had simple instructions and installation and setup took about 30 minutes.

Had it set up by professional to be sure of correct setup. Thereafter able to customize and manage it at a distance. Not cheap, and may be overkill for some situations, but pleasant and easy to use.

I am not handy at all. Seriously this was a breeze. Took off old thermostat, took a picture of existing wiring, mounted the nest, followed the simple directions for the four wires, programming the wifi. Turned it on cool and prayed!!! Yessss, now turned on heat, held breath......viola!! IT ALL WORKED! 35 Minutes. Love my Nest!

At first it just looked like a hockey puck stuck to the wall, but it grew on me. I live being able to control the temperature of my house and seeing the statistics. You do not need to hire someone to install this. The manual is very descriptive. It sometimes loses connection with my wifi, but that is super rare. The learning feature is nice, but I still feel I have to adjust the temp all the time. I have this integrated with google home which was easy to set up.

I had been looking for a WiFi thermostat for quite a while. The ones I had seen required more wires to power it. The Nest has a built in battery and charges from the power lead. It's working great and provides a report each day on how much the furnace ran. I'm sure that I'm saving money and it feels warmer even though I have it set a little lower than I did with my old thermostat. I can't wait to get more Nest products to add to my system.

So far works as described. Easy to install and works great with Google Hub!

The Google - Nest Learning Smart Wifi Thermostat is one of the best purchases you can make to save energy in your home! It has amazing features and is very user friendly. It is nice to be able to set your thermostat on the app when you are away all day or forget to do it before you leave the house.

This thermostat is easy to use and makes life easier. No more anxiety with forgetting to turn the heat down when you leave the house. Simply use the app to adjust the heat or ask google to set the heat to whatever you desire. Easy compatibility with Google home and user friendly to install. Really great addition to our smart home.
