This is my second unit and not because the previous got damage just because the new house requires 2 units. Solid performance, no issues, and very easy to use and program.

Works great now that it’s set up. If you have Google Neat Wifi, set up can be tricky because it only allows set up on 2g Wifi. Unfortunately Google doesn't not allow you to choose which band to put on a device. It worked after I got creative and has been fine since.

Easy to install if you read the directions. Best thing is you can adjust it from your phone. Too hot on the couch, just turn it down via the app. Too cold to get out of bed? Grab your phone and bump it up. Love it!

I bought this in order to run the heating and cooling at my lake house 700 miles away. I can set the temperature to 50, and as I am on my way to the house I can crank it up and the temperature is perfect when I arrive.

I like it but it was a lottle complicated to hook up. Wires didnt match up with my current thermostat wiring

This is a great thermostat for the person on the go. It adjusts to your daily routines without ever having to touch it. It is pretty easy to set up and is definitely worth the money, especially if your local utilities are offering rebates.

Works great, phone app is extremely helpful. I would recommend this item to anyone with an old traditional thermostat.

Once we got our Nest installed, we love it! It was also great to receive the rebates from Comed and Nicor! $150 in savings. Being able to watch and control the house temp from work or just out shopping is great and the savings will add up!

This is definitely one the best products I have recently shopped. I was comparing multiple other thermostats and bought this, It really is a helpful in many ways. Specially controlling the temperature thru voice assistance is a best part of it. It also looks pretty on the wall. I strongly recommend this.

Excellent performance. I haven’t read the manual for programming the temperature yet so we’ve been manually adjusting the settings for daytime and nighttime comfort. And it hasn’t always been at the same time of day. However, when we forget to do it, this amazing thing takes over and creates a time and temp on its own. It’s really smart and we love it. I’m now not sure if I really need the manual after all. Highly recommended!

The Nest wasn't too bad to install. The device is fabulous. I love when I'm lazy and upstairs I can adjust the temperature right from my cell phone. We've seen a reduction in our energy bills and the rebates we got made this a no brainer.

The Nest thermostat, is amazing. Easy to install if your are a DIYer. As it learns your household habits you can see the thermostat learning and adjusting. And starting to save you on your heating and cooling bills . The app works well with phone, with adjusting the thermostat. And tracks when you leave and reduces the temperature, and raising it when you return. Also ties in to Amazon Echo Dot and easily reponse to verbally commands. Looking forward to adding another to the upstairs section of my home, and watch the savings increase.

I love the way I can control my thermostat from my smart phone. So many times my temp gets changed in the house but no one does it. This way I can change it right back from my phone

3.5 if i could... but doesnt deserve 4. It has and automatic "away setting" where if you leave it turns off the ac or turns it way up. I have animals at home and we were concerned why our house was 87!!! When we got back home and thought something was wrong with our ac. Turns out some location got turned on in the app and so when we left and we didnt set up the temps it just defaulted to like 87... we are in Florida. Thats freaking hot. And i have 2 big dogs... not the best. But overall it works well in general. Just beware if you have animals and stop that right away. Weve read of the animals it has killed from this happening.

I purchased this for my husband for Xmas. I'm able to turn my thermostat up using my smartphone while at work, great product. Works great and home is cozy warm when we walk through the door.

Based on online reviews, really liked the product. Went to BBY website, it showed in stock. Drove up to store and picked up right away, store aso helped match the online price. Nest is easy to setup and very intuitive to use. Highly recommended

Love being able to control the temperature when we are not at home, especially to double check ourselves to make sure we did turn it to the correct desired temp. Like the lock feature so no one can mess with temp.

Like it, sleek and fashionable. Have not used it to its full potential.

I love everything about it, easy hookup, easy use and now its connected to my internet its awesome. those hot nights in bed contemplating getting up to get some cold air circulating, NOT NO more. grab the phone and bam its on in a few seconds.
