Very easy to use. It learns by itself, and the daily report out of energy savings through the app is top notch! It also helps me out when I forget to set it to "away" mode.

So far, so good. Installation was simple and so was initial set-up with easily followed on-screen instructions. Connecting to a wifi was a bit tedious as I use a long password, but still, no problems.

Looooove. Great product and makes it easy to check on my house's temperature even when I'm at work.

This is so easy to set up and use and you can used google home or alexa to change thermostat or even your phone so you don't have to get up to change it. I hope it saves me as much money as it claims too

This is the coolest thermostat as far as I'm concerned. Make sure you have the right amount of wires installed before you purchase this product. We hooked it up and it had a very easy installation booklet.

Installed 2 Nest's in my home. someone is always home so i basically use them on manual but i do have them hooked up to Google Home assistant and my iPhone. it works great for me that way.

This install appeared to be running smoothly until the thermostat wouldn't power on at all. That was an indication that I wasn't getting power to the RC wire. However, I had to connect the Nest to a power source for about 5 minutes to get a charge on it to see what the actual problem was. Called out an AC technician, and he told me that I should have turned off power to the furnace as well as to the outside unit. Without turning off the power to the furnace, I blew a fuse on it, causing no power to make it from there to the Nest. After he replaced the fuse, it's been smooth sailing.

My parents love their new thermostat. It was easy to install and easy to navigate through the system (my dad installed it :O). They are now waiting for the thermostat to start their savings. We'll see what happens.

OMG this thing is awesome. Controlling the temp from my phone, it knowing when you're home and adjusting it's self, letting yo know how long before the the temperature you set goes into effect.

Best on the market for digital thermostats. Works awesome with the full Nest lineup.

Our old thermostat died, and needed a new one. Love the learning ability of the nest. Have had no problem with it. Easy installation and wiring to existing wires.

This is an item I have been wanting to purchase and did so recently with no regrets. I had a glitch while installing but received great customer support by telephone and problem was solved without a hitch.

So far the newt has been easy to use compared to our old programmable thermostat. Easy to adjust, review settings and see the history of energy used.

Buying the Nest Thermostat was the best choice we made. The ability to control the thermostat from anywhere allows us to make our home comfortable by the time we arrive.
