Highly recommended. As long as you have a strong wifi connection, you'll love it. It even learns your schedule and adjust the temperature up or down a little to save energy when you aren't home

This was very easy to install (less than 30 minutes). After a short test it was up and running with no issue. If you had a manual thermostat it should provide some significant saving and improve the overall comfort of the home. I replace an existing programmable thermostat and am expecting to achieve some moderate savings, particularly as it detects that no one is home and allows the temperature to fluctuate a bit more. Easy to read display and no more batteries to replace. Through 3rd party options I even have the ability to change the temperature of the house if the price reaches a certain threshold.

I love everything about the thermostat it works wonderful they need to have a probably a tire compatibility with wireless AC I guess and also the learning thermostat portion isn't really learning it really just pays attention to when you change the temperature and then start scheduling at according to that it would be nice if it learned that you change the temperature to what the temperature is outside and learned that when the temperature outside changes to something that you would be changing the temperature up and down at learn from that instead of going from a schedule of when you change the temperature outside of that it's perfect but there is just a little bit of room for improvement there

I love having the next. Our air temperature is so important to us at home. With Nest we easily control it from literally anywhere.

Overall I like the ease of use of the thermostat and the visual display. However, I am still not convinced it is the next best thing to sliced toast. With four family members in the house, I haven't been able to get the thermostat in sync with when someone is home to keep the heat up.

I had to buy a new one because the old one failed from lightning strike. But with the sensor. My bedroom is now cooler.

This is my second Nest thermostat - replacing an older WiFi thermostat that was glitchy. Install was easy, as I already had a C wire, looks good, and the app is super easy to use and affects the thermostat instantly (an issue with the one I replaced with the Nest). I disabled the auto learning after a couple days and adjusted the program to our schedules. Set up the integration with Amazon Echo, so we can use the app, or just ask Alexa to adjust them temp. Only downside is that I'd like to see the price point about $75 lower. I have two more zones to update; waiting for a deal to do so.

Something that you will unknowingly use all the time. Easy to setup and has saved me money in energy useage.

I have only had it for about a month so we are still getting to know one another. I love the fact that I can check and control the temperature from my phone. So far it has been turning on and off like I have set it at times. I am happy so far.

Easy to install and easy to run. First 2 weeks it's already learning patterns in my AC/Heat use. Can control from my phone as well. Love it.

I really like my Nest thermostat. its very easy to install and use. Anxious to see my next energy bill, hope its cheaper.

We have Comcast/Xfinity Home alarm, and found out that nest is compatible. It's a great looking/functioning product and works flawlessly with Comcast Home alarm.

I bought the Nest Thermostat because of the look, the simple interface, and the reviews that talked about the flexibility and savings that have been realized by using it. I am not sure how much savings I'll see since I don't have AC, but I've been pretty pleased with it thus far. Getting it up and running on my iPhone app was simple and the installation was super easy, too. The hardest part was just repairing my wall because I didn't want to use the square faceplate that came with the unit. My only complaint is that I thought it would work with Apple's Home app, and thus far, I've not been able to make that happen. That's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. If I would have known this, I probably would have purchased a different unit, but that has more to do with how I want to run my house than it does the thermostat itself. All in all, it is an awesome unit and unless you're trying to do a whole home integration using Apple Home, then I highly recommend it.
