Works very well, I like that it pops on when you walk by it, a lot of different settings to display, easy to use. Customer support was extremely helpful and emailed a custom diagram for my system to set it up. I like the setting to have both low temp and high temp so cold or heat kicks on when needed. Also nice using the remote app.

Install was easy! I love being lazy and telling google to adjust the temperature in the house.

I didn't realize how easy this system was to use. It's simply amazing. You can control everything with the touch of a button, and it's such a smart system.

Wow, I had to buy a new furnace and well why not a cool thermostat, plus the power company offered a 100 dollar rebate in addition...Now the setup was easy, the design look and feel is awesome but you know what rocked? I was in bed one night last month and it was a bit warm when I awoke, I reached for my cell phone with my new NEST app installed and lowered the temperature a couple of degrees, didnt have to leave bed at all, how cool right? Want more follow the leaves to improving your energy progress and see a detailed report of how you use your units, it is just great.

This is my second Nest and it is a great product. Good app as well that allows me to control both of them.

Happy with it, works great. We had to have HVAC install it because of wiring...but all good now.

We had to replace our central AC in the Central Valley of CA. I wanted to upgrade to a smart thermostat to help track my electricity usage as well as make my usage as efficient as possible. The Nest does both!! And on top of that, it was amazingly easy to install. The Nest website has great instructions and instructional videos. YouTube does as well, but the Nest site was more than sufficient for me. The monthly energy usage reports are great!

By bed room upstairs and thermostate downstairs and since I install that my house it’s easy to change temperature

On Thanksgiving day, the thermostat went out. We purchased on line and picked up that day. Installed it and within a few hours had heat again. I originally was going to purchase a traditional thermostat but my husband wanted to try this one. It auto changes temperature when we leave the house and when we get in, changes to the right temperature for us to be at home. I was skeptical but now love it. I have two friends who are now replacing their thermostats.
