overall product is great setting up is very easy and it took me more time to remove by old dumb box than adding this new one and i love those features and worth the buy

The Nest is great! It took about 2 weeks to get to the point I don't have to touch it anymore. It's creepy how good it works. I had a bit of trouble with the initial install, but the excellent troubleshooter got me up and running. Still waiting on my electric bill to see if I'm getting the savings I hope for.

Just had this installed can access remotely looks great easy to program and easy to read especially at night or in a dark room. Very satisfied.

Works great with google I can change the temp.any where if I'm out its knows it and changes the temperature to save me money. The install was so easy I couldn't believe it.
