It is our first smart thermostat and I love that I can just tell Alexa to change it, or change it from my app while I am in bed! I gave it a 4/5 bc even though they label the wires for you and the app walks you threw installation, they have one wire connection wrong, so it was blowing heat when I first installed it. I had to google the problem and found an entire thread of people that were having the same issue. Luckily someone had posted what to switch around and it worked!

It's features are great though from it learning my habits, to being able to remotely control it; plus the parental controls are great too to prevent "unauthorized" temperature changes. This is my second one and it can sometimes in the set up take a few tries to get it connected to WiFi, but its features outweigh the temporary inconvenience.
