I bought this for my Condo and recently had it installed, it is very reliable and quick to work when you turn it on. Functionality, simplicity, without any complexity!

My husband and I bought the nest a couple of months ago and we couldn't be more pleased. We love that it allows you to access your thermostat from home and set a schedule.

Could be happier with item, having tried some other brands before I desired to go for the Nest, result are excellent, able to control the temperatures remotely is the best

Make sure the nest is compatible with your zone relay panel or control panel. Older ones may need updating and some will not work. Any good HVAC professional will know.

It’s nice that the Nest learns your schedule and adjust accordingly to reduce overall cooling cost. It’s still learning so time will tell on the actual savings.

This is an awesome buy. Works with Alexa. Voice control through Alexa makes it easier to control from any room. Got 2 for the home

Got this to hook up with my Alexa and phone after couple minutes of figuring that out works very well. Saves heat when I'm away from home, guys whatever you name the nest is what Alexa knows it by "Alexa turn "downstairs" to 68 degrees" and it works. Schedule mode and energy savor big plus too

I was a bit skeptical in buying a "smart' thermostat, but now I am "converted". The learning feature in terms of being out of home is awesome! Slick, modern, and high tech.

I have 2 nest and they are awesome... I like that I can control the temps before we get home or check to insure they r off when need to be..

It knows when we're away and sets the temp to the lowest, you can also connect with my alarm system so when I put my alarm away it would automatically know what to do!

Amazing product would recommend to anyone with ac and internet. Saves you money in energy costs every year.

Great product. I love the white on the outside, it blends well with our walls.

I am retired and have a not-so fixed schedule. This device allows a different sched for every day of the week, and when I forget to tell it I'm away, I can from my cell phone.

Couldn't be happier with the nest. The moment i plugged it in, the nest started learning out tendencies and couldn't be easier to operate. Mobile ap is a huge perk!

Overall I like the thermostat. It's good for my partner who is legally blind. He can see the numbers on the thermostat as they are large enough, and it's easy for him to use, just left or right, cooler or warmer. Dislikes: 1)The app keeps dropping me and I have to keep signing in. The app stays on my phone, but every time it thinks I'm out of wi-fi range, it acts like it doesn't know me and I have to sign in again. This is really annoying if it's 3 AM and I want to turn down the air and not get out of bed. 2) The other dislike is I can't tell by looking at the thermometer OR the app what the actual temperature in the house is. It will only tell me outside temp and the temp it is set for, but not what temp it is inside the room where the thermostat is. It's weird. Other than that, I like it

It's not your Dad's thermostat for sure. It's a learning curve for me, but Next customer care is there just a phone call away to answer any of my questions. Nice to see and operate it with my smart phone. I like the way it adjusts when we leave the house by itself.

This little guy is my new best friend. I already noticed that the furnace work more efficient and the fact that I can change the temperature from my iPhone is amazing.
