I bought two of these for my house. Easy to install and set up. I'm still learning how to use it to its full potential. There was also a rebate available through my local electric company which made the price very attractive.

Thermostat that learns your patterns. So I still have have to teach it to not set to 70 degrees at nights lol. Alexa controlled is the best part!

Excellent product. This allows me to increase/decrease the temperature hours before I arrive at the property. Easy to install. Definitely save on utility bills.

As I started to set up the installation went through about 10 minutes of documentation to find out that it is not compatible with a basic gas wall heater. It did not give that much of an exclamation why? Ended up returning and will get a basic programmable thermostat instead

I was very excited to buy this device but unfortunately it did not work with my air conditioner even though the Nest website said it would. They have a section that asks what wires you currently have. I was on the phone with their tech support for more than an hour. They were very polite. They told me they thought the unit was defective and that I should return it to the store and to get another one, and if the same problem persisted to call them again. They were going to send me some information in the meantime but they never did. The best they could do for me during the setup process was to get the fan to work, but my A/C would not cool, and when the fan didn't come on the air handler made a low noise that it never made before. The unit itself is not very easy to control. The touch controls aren't very responsive, I had to use a Stylus.

Solid thermostat, had a issue with adding a second one to the app however tech support was able to provide a work around. It’s a known issue that’s being addressed.

Can't recommend this thermostat enough. And keep in mind you can get up to a 100 rebate from your state for up to two thermostats per household. The savings make this a no brainer.

I used to have the Nest at my last home and missed it so much. This home came with the Honeywell and it was not user friendly at all.

The Nest thermostat is a winner. The programming is a breeze. Savings can be had by using auto program...Nest has first class customer service. Wish it could be priced lower, but you can often get thermostat rebates to save $100

had nest in old home. yes, it may not have remote sensors like another product, but nest is reliable. never had an issue. buying for new home. buying unit for up and downstairs.

Love the price the quality of output isn’t the greatest but pretty good overall. Definitely great smart tv for the price you won’t regret it.

I’m not very tech savvy and rely on google and YouTube for a lot! The best was so easy to install and set up! I love that if I’m chilly I can kick the heat up with out having to run to the thermostat!

purchased 2 months ago and setup it by myself and took less than an hour. please take extra caution and watch online installation how to install it. It's expensive but most of time on sales.

Very well made. Does what it says it does. The app is easy to use.
