No More Frozen Pipes

With my new house I went with the Gen3. So far after a week the app and function of its so much easier than the older Programmable style thermostats. I can turn it down if I forget to when I leave the house, put it in Eco mode while I'm at work and it recognizes when I'm home. We will see after some more time how the Learning function works.
