Bought nest for mom’s house. Product was defective - battery dead even after charge - had to return and get a new one Installation was easy but connection has to be pushed down position vs nest 1st generation Spend hrs and hrs with customer service by phone to figure it out. Otherwise system is working fine.

My favorite smart thermostat. There are so many features and with google home integration its even better.

The Nest is the best. Greatest money spent. Ease of use the app and the ability of family members to adjust is priceless

The Nest thermostat is the industry standard in WiFi enabled, smart thermostats. This 3rd generation Nest is no exception. I'm happy with the large screen and the ongoing support that Nest offers.

I am a first time homeowner and was able to install this unit on my own. It has been great and also has saved me money on my energy bill. I like being able to see how it's been used during the past week.

We love this because we do not have to constantly get up to adjust the temperature or come home to a hot home. I love the auto schedule feature because it remembers to adjust when I dont remember to do it.

Happy with my purchase. Ability to make adjustments with my smart phone makes maintaining comfortable climate easy. I also like that I can view temp history.

Nest thermostat is great! Had to have a professional install due to the zone system I have, but thanks to nests customer support, I knew that going in. If you're going to dive into a smart thermostat, this is the one.

We bought G2 and had a bad base plate, but the customer support was fabulous and I received a new on in 2 days that fixed my problem. I love the product and would recommend to anyone else. Very easy to install and learn.

Love my nest thermostat to the most. Never thought I would enjoy it as much as I have. I needed two for my home and they integrate so easily. Works great with my security system and Alexa as well.

This was a good purchase. It can be self installed.
