Over the top customer service from NEST. I recommend following instructions which includes taking a picture of existing wiring on old thermostat. Warm winter, not fair tell how much my power has been reduced.

Mobile app allows me to review times when ac was on and it allows me to make informed decisions on how to set temperature in a most efficient way. You can also just let it learn and it will set it for you

We have two HVAC units and one was already on Nest for a year. Glad this was on sale for Black Friday so I can change the other unit and get to control both remotely now.

We turn up and turn down the temperature in our home a couple of times a day; when we remember. The NEST has solved the problem for us. The temperature is changed automatically for us, right on time.

The Nest is a great thermostat in that it does almost everything automatically. I really like that they added geofencing so it know if I am home or away. No more schedules. It helps you save money and the environment.

Installed multiple Nest Thermostats with the help of geek squad. Installation price was very reasonable. Have seen lower energy usage I early as a result of eco functionality. Pleased with product and install.

This was surprisingly simple to hook up. It came with the mount and screws it needed. It was easy to set up with my home network. There were only 5 wires in my home ( could be more based on different AC systems ) and the Nest is clearly marked with where they all went. It takes a little while for the unit to "learn" your routine but I like it so far.

The clean interface, easy to use app and ability for location based controls. I love it. Best money I’ve spent. No longer do I have to remember to turn the dial before leaving the house.

The nest 2nd definitely should upgrade as it supports more devices and things. Clock is a nice to have

I love the ability to program every day with as many temperature adjustments as I want. It is also a smart thermostat that learns your pattern and starts to cool the house when you are on your way home.
