This was a very easy install and set up and well worth the money since after all of the rebates offered through ComEd and Nicole he thermostat only cost $50.

Installation was not difficult. Love the little screw driver that came with it. We travel quite a bit, so the remote access and learning features have enabled us to cut our energy cost and keep our Air BNB guests comfortable while we are away.

Overall I like the ease of use of the thermostat and the visual display. However, I am still not convinced it is the next best thing to sliced toast. With four family members in the house, I haven't been able to get the thermostat in sync with when someone is home to keep the heat up.

The Nest thermostat has learned my wife's and my different comfort settings and has adjusted accordingly to our wake, sleep and arriving home from work routines.

NEST thermostat makes life easier and more comfortable. You can set your temperature for the week with different varying temperatures throughout the different days.

Great thermostat got it for a good deal during Black Friday. It took me 30 minutes to install has good features and it's a big improvement from generation 2.

Love it, use it every day, and prefer the Nest to any other solution. I'd say it is strictly superior and more convenient than any other company's smart thermostat, though the thing that annoys me the most is the fact that you cannot set a heating and cooling schedule in a way that normal human beings would like to. So for example, if you want the thermostat to heat your home in the morning up to 70 degrees, you have to set a schedule. But then, you have actually turn on your thermostat to the heat setting as if you're trying to turn it on immediately, and then set the target temperature to really low so it doesn't do anything. In the morning, it will automatically adjust at the correct time to the real temperature. Quite a weird and annoying way of setting a schedule.

The installation was fairly simple. It was also fairly easy to set up the thermostat and then train the thermostat. The associated Nest App is also easy to use.

i love being able to control the temp in my home with this. i can make all kinds of adjustments from my phone, depending on my activity.

Works as advertised. We're plugged in to the Google home eco system and we love it.

I jus repurchased my third nest (I had to leave my other 2 at the house we just sold). It's a great product. Easy to install and set up. Highly recommend this product.
