Customer service was excellent helping to figure out if this was compatible with my system. Highly recommend. Easy to adjust when you're away, cool/heat the home prior to arriving, ect.

Love these thermostats. Had issue with one not able to connect to Wi-Fi. Best Buy came through and replaced!

This is a good thermostat but it cannot be set correctly if you are looking for more specific settings. Eg: Turn on fan (for air circulation) from 7.30pm till 10.30 pm. There is no setting for this. You can set it from 7 or from 8 there is no 7.30 (the time I reach home). I dont want to waste electricity running it extra half an hour.

This thermostat will change your life. Easy to install. Easy to set up. Easy to use. It is ana amazing device.

Make sure your old thermostat is compatible with the nest thermostat on their website before purchase. The nest thermostat works great and was incredibly easy to setup. Love the app.

Buying this in MI state, will get you 125$ Rebate from gas and elctric company. It also easy to control you heat/AC through an app provided by NEST. You can google all the features.

This thermostat is a great addition to the “smart” home. The away setting does well in saving energy when you aren’t home by having higher or lower a/c or heat settings.

good digital thermostat, may be because of the weather the utility bills increased this year. Not sure if i could do a apples to apples comparison from previous year but overall happy with the product.

Really like this thermostat! I can set a schedule and temperature. It can also be controlled by app. Want to purchase another one to control my upstairs unit.

Simple set up. Best feature i’d say is the remote access through your phone app! For best results, purchase the sensors too!

I have not installed it yet. I am replacing a Carrier edge thermostat and I need some assistance. The other one I set up was simple

The Nest thermostat has great features to save energy and was very simple to set up.

Prior to installing the nest I had a programmable thermostat year I set my home and away times. This self programming nest works great and has actually saved me between 8 to 10 bucks each week.

This is my 5th unit and they all work great. The only issue I have is the inability to restrict the temperature range.

The app and system could use a little tweaking to make easier to use but overall not bad. Better directions on the 24v hook up would of been nice because it worked for a good 1-2 months before starting having major issues with it because battery died.

This product is supposed to be great. We ended up returning it because I read a lot of reviews and the nest is best for one level residential places like Apartments. We ended up with an ecobee thermostat that has multiple sensors. This is probably a great product but wasn't the right fit for our home.

We are REALLY happy with this product Size, color, and functionality we have small house but still we all need to save and be able to control.

Easy to install and get running. My 16 year old did everything, installation , wiring and configuration on my iPhone. Works like its supposed to. I can already see it reducing our gas bill.
