I love it but to me, it’s kinda hard to manage the “schedule” day by day. It likes to go to eco mode whenever I leave the house even when I didn’t set it to eco mode.

What can I say. Nest has the market and there is a reason for that. This is the 5th nest i own in my properties and I will continue to buy them in the future.

Buyer beware! Check if your current system is compatible with the nest. Also note that it may be a good idea to have a pro come out and take a look.

I've had the 3rd gen NEST for over a month. I've saved nearly $20 on my first power bill. Plus I received a $100 rebate from utility company (AMEREN). Very SPACE AGE looking.

Easy to install. Love the ability to control it from my phone . I did notice cost savings. Easy operation. Great buy.

Nest is the best learning thermostat on the market. This is my second one for a second house and it's better than the first. Must say this 3rd Gen is not much different than the 2nd Gen.

I love being interconnected to my life, but also with my house. This thermostat has learned when we get up, what temps we like and has saved us money on our heating and cooling.

It takes a little getting used to but love the way the Nest technology integrates into a smart home. And helps manage cooling costs. Saved $200 in July and August alone.

Getting it set up properly is the only tough part. I have a humidifier that I can’t control yet because the installer did not have wifi access. There does not seem to be a way for me to set up the device to work with the humidifier without using the professional setup.

I bought two of these since my house takes two zones. I love being able to monitor not just my temperature at home but the humidity

Bought this for my apartment as the thermostat that came with it wasnt doing a good job of saving me $$$$. Energy saving mode on the thermostat is amazing. Easy to install also.

Love this product It really cuts down on the utility bills, I was not sure if it would but now im a believer! the only neg that i have is that the time in digital only does military time? anolog looks just like a clock, however when you do digital you cant change the format from 24 hour to 12 hour?

The best learning thermostat is pretty awesome. The only thing I don’t like is there isn’t a hold option. You have to disable all the smart features to get it to hold a temp. That’s the only downside.

Set up easy for hvac staff, programmed without difficult too. Love having cell phone app for changes. Only wish display screen could have a few more options.

I bought two Nest Thermostats. One broke down in the middle of night called Nest customer service and they shipped a replacement overnight. Nest customer service is excellent.

I can have enough amazing words to say about nest. It’s just amazing saves energy and it’s really convenient because you can control it from your phone whenever you are

We absolutely love our nest. We can control our lake house getaway from our home . Would definitely recommend this to everyone

I just updated my old mercury thermostat with this nest and is a huge upgrade, i love it and i couldnt be happier i can control it from my phone...

This thermostat works well. It’s not the best for night shift workers because it “learns” then on your off days the temperature is wonky but it’s very easy to adjust, if your off days are not in a routine schedule.
